Pros:

とても清潔感のあるホテルでした。スタッフの皆さんが親切で、滞在中ずっと快適に過ごせました。日本のアニメが好きなスタッフの方もいて、楽しく会話できたのも良い思い出です。

朝食会場もとても雰囲気が良く、滞在中には演奏をしている方もいて特別感がありました。タイミングによるのかもしれませんが、印象に残る空間でした。

サウナやジャグジーもあり、観光だけでなく非日常感を味わいながらゆっくりリラックスできます。総合的に満足度の高いホテルでした。

Excellent choice in the Old City, with a good restaurant on the roof
Pros:

Good hotel with lovely courtyard, in which you can sit and read a book or whatever. Comfortable, spacious, second-floor room, which looked on to the courtyard.

Elegant restaurant on the roof, with a kind and efficient wait person (Iroda). It was great to eat outside after the heat of the day had receded and not be concerned about getting home in the dark. The view from the roof is not picturesque, though there is a partial view through some trees of the (mostly rebuilt) Bibi Khanum mosque, which is nearby.

Location of the hotel is excellent in that it's between 5 and 20 minutes walk from a good number of the major monuments, including the Registan (about 10-12 minutes) and Shah-i-Zinda (20 minutes). It's in the Old City, however, which means that to a person accustomed to a certain standard of domestic architecture, and of sidewalk and road construction, the street on which the hotel sits will appear pretty rough and ready. In other words, one needs to leave home at home.

Breakfast was fabulous, probably the best of all the hotels in which I stayed.

Stilvolles Boutique-Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Kosh Havuz Boutique Hotel im Mai 2026 war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet, neu und gleichzeitig stilvoll mit viel Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich aufmerksame und freundliche Personal, das sich während des ganzen Aufenthalts sehr professionell um die Gäste gekümmert hat.

Das Bett war mit 240x200 cm aussergewöhnlich gross und extrem bequem – wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Viele der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Samarkand sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.

Auch die Massage im Hotel war sehr gut und professionell durchgeführt – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Besichtigungstag.

Besonders erwähnenswert ist zudem das Frühstücksbuffet – eines der besten, das wir während unserer Reise durch Usbekistan erlebt haben. Die Auswahl war gross, hochwertig und wurde laufend frisch aufgefüllt. Sehr angenehm fanden wir, dass es kein anonymes Massentourismus-Buffet war, sondern individuell und mit viel Liebe präsentiert wurde.

Ein Hotel, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden und das wir für Samarkand absolut empfehlen können.

Gorgeous property in a great location, exceptional staff
Pros:

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and the rooms are very comfortable. We loved the hot tubs on the roof and the roof bar/restaurant, and the sauna and massage were a game changer on our only rainy day. But what stood out to us was the staff, who were so helpful and kind, both at the front desk and at the restaurants. Will 100% return and recommend to everyone!

房间类似北非摩洛哥风格的Riad酒店，从设施、床品、早餐、装饰风格来说都值得精品酒店的名头，非常美丽，位置也在老城中心去哪里都方便。酒店的早餐和设施应该是整个乌兹旅行中最美的存在，很棒！

Cons:

员工服务水平参次不齐，前台有一位女士和一个戴眼镜的小哥轮流坐班。那位女士一直很臭脸，我妈妈临时决定跟我一起同行，没经过网络增加人数我跟她说明情况她说你可以自己在网上修改可我尝试过未果，而且直接要加一人25美金一晚。并且我定的是双床房，到的很早她直接给我安排了地下的大床房，后来我才知道。。。他们应该是把双床房留给了欧美旅行团😡……相反眼镜小哥服务就超级好，很体贴怕我早走吃不了早饭十分钟打两次电话确认要不要帮忙打包早餐，给我加人的费用也不是25美金一晚😅……不知道他们这个标准是什么。另外，我晚上要额外的一床被子，服务员大妈居然抱了床湿哒哒的被子给我，这一千一碗的酒店给客人湿被子……幸好我直接找前台又让他给我换了条干的……还有洗澡水的下水不大好，这个希望改进

Harika personel! Güleryüzlü, nazik ve bize her konuda yardımcı olan harika bir ekip. Özellikle resepsiyondaki gözlüklü genç beyefendiye misafirperverliği için teşekkür ediyoruz. Harika konum(Registan Meydanı'na çok yakın), temiz, konforlu bir konaklama. Kahvaltısı da gayet lezzetli ve çeşitli.

Идеальный отель в марокканском стиле. Новый, стильный, современный, чистый.
Вкусный завтрак. Уютный ресторан на крыше. мы жили в люксе – просторный номер с роскошной ванной и балкончиком.
Идеальное расположение – до центральной площади 7 минут пешком.
