Pros:

Good location, 5-10 minute walk to o2 and bull ring, parking available

Cons:

Apartment wasn't clean, there was someone's slippers in the room and clumps of hair around the floor, dirty towels left in the bathroom, the bed in the master bedroom was broken which was very uncomfortable leading to my partner to sleep in the spare bed, tv didnt work, brooms and mops just left out and half full bottles of water left around the apartment, no clear indication of where to pick up/leave keys a lock box would help with that had to ring the owner to find out where to park and have someone drop me the key to the place
