Mineral River Eco Village

The area is absolutely gorgeous. Surrounded by greenery, with turquoise pools and streams all around, an incredible garden, lots of birds... Just beautiful. So quiet too, nestled in the jungle, we slept so well.

The property itself was really beautiful buy located in a pretty run down area where you had to travel on a dirt road for about one hour for 20 km

Magic silence to summarize in two words. It is a wooden cabin near a waterfall. The noise: the waterfall. This if the sound of waterfall can be called noise. The atmosphere is peaceful and the place is, aside from the beauty, very clean and good bed. They have a sauna too. The staff was very helpful and they recommended the best guide: Olman. Ask for him if you book there. By the end it is a SPA hidden by the foots of the Volcan Rincón de la Vieja.
It was really easy to finde with Waze.

It’s for sale and it’s deserted. Is only being managed, the manager are nice but can not really help you to explore the area. No food, no drinks and the rooms are really basic and small. Abd with the added taxes it’s not cheap at all. Do not go! Pay a bit more and really enjoy the nature, because that is really nice.

We loved the staff and mineral pools and waterfall! We also loved the friendly outside kittens.:)

A beautiful location is set back from the main road. There were amazing trails that took you through the forest and along a river. The room was also excellent as well.

Little paradise with amazing staff, nice facilities, and a clean wooden room. Amazing pools, nice little hike to a waterfall and wild life.

Absolutely beautiful you honestly don’t need to go anywhere else if you’re staying here, there’s so much to see and enjoy!

A wonderful place to experience the true, authentic nature of Costa Rica in a secluded setting.

The property offers breathtaking natural beauty with a stunning waterfall, a vast area including a private forest, lakes, rivers, and fresh, clean air. It’s perfect for group visits, whether for a celebration, event, birthday, or even a wedding if desired.

The administration is incredibly friendly and responsive—truly amazing people who are always ready to help with anything you need. There’s a small store nearby where you can find essentials, and just a 10-minute drive will take you to an incredible local soda (a traditional Costa Rican eatery). During our travels around Costa Rica, we tried many sodas, but I can confidently say this one was the best—delicious, authentic, and unforgettable. They even offer food delivery!

The property also features a barbecue area for guests to use, and there are plenty of opportunities for daily walks to enjoy the surrounding nature. You can even pick coconuts straight from the trees! Not far from the property is a volcano, adding even more to the experience.

The location is excellent, only about an hour to an hour and a half from Liberia Airport, nestled in a beautiful park area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional Costa Rican getaway.

This place is absolutely magical- hummingbirds, toucans, azure blue rivers and ponds flowing through, stunning waterfall a stones throw away and the most wonderful owners who are just fabulous!

The grounds were exceptional with an amazing waterfall within walking distance. The sound of the river at night was relaxing. The staff were lovely and friendly and went out of their way to cater for us.
