Pros:

Juste l’emplacement car pratique à pieds, c’est TOUT. Le reste n’étais pas au rdv.

Cons:

Le « confort », l’insonorisation inexistante, le ménage mal fait, drap pas changer lors du nettoyage alors qu’il était sale (petite fille de 3ans avec nous), en partant il y avait une trace de rouille sur la serviette je l’avais poser sur la portière de salle de bain et bien on a dû payer 500 bath… enfin je ne recommande pas du tout!!!

The worst hotel I have stayed in

I stayed at De Lavender Bangkok Hotel recently, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

First off, the photos on Google are completely misleading. The room looks clean, modern, and spacious online, but in reality it’s the total opposite. The actual room felt run-down, poorly maintained, and nowhere near as nice as advertised. It’s clear the pictures are either very old or heavily edited.

Cleanliness was a big issue. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and overall it just gave off an uncomfortable vibe. The space was also much smaller than expected, making it feel cramped and not worth the price at all.

Service wasn’t any better. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about guest concerns. There was no sense of hospitality, which made the whole stay even worse.

The only decent thing is the location, but that alone doesn’t make up for everything else. For the same price, you can easily find far better hotels in Bangkok.

I would strongly NOT recommend this place. Don’t be fooled by the photos—they do not reflect reality.
