Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. מיקום המלון , החדר ששידרגו לנו , מיקום החדר.

Cons:

החדר וחדר האמטיה חשוכים חוסר בתאורה .
האוכל לא היה ברמה גבוהה, בדרך כלל התוספות חזרו על עצמם מידי ערב וכנ"ל גם הקינוחים.

Pros:

Habitación amplia, confortable, camas cómodas.
El menú de la cena del viernes- muy variado, la del sábado fueron las sobras…

Cons:

Muy poca luz en el baño.

El personal no siempre atendió nuestros pedidos- tuvimos que pedir cápsulas de café para la máquina y no había azúcar .
También es desagradable que mientras el huésped come en el salón comedor, los mozos retiran los restos de comida de las mesas que se desocupan ( en un recipiente grande) casi encima de él… (las mesas están muy cerca una de otras)

אני רוצה לציין שהזמנו חדר עם מרפסת בקומה גבוהה יותר והם שדרגו אותנו לחדר עם נוף לבריכה ולכנרת והיה ממש חדר גדול ונחמד האוכל היה ממש ממש טעים ואסתטי ונקי נתנו הרגשה טובה

Pros:

הארוחות מגוונות, טעימות ובשפע. השירות מעל ומעבר. ביוזמתם שידרגו לנו את החדר לחדר נוח ומרווח וקיבלנו לחדר פינוקים ויין. איפשרו לנו את שעת צ'ק אאוט מאוחרת יותר. כל מה שביקשנו נענה במהירות ועל הצד הטוב ביותר. בהחלט נחזור!
