The food was excellent!!! And the pool was great!
The kids room was good but a little smelly (moldy).

Cons:

The room was not very clean (the floors were dirty, the couch had crumbs, the coffee table had oil marks). The elevators are terrible; they are too small and stop at every floor every time someone presses. It felt like it was on Shabbat Mode.
The hallways smell moldy.
The stairs to the dining room are a bit annoying.

לא אהבנו כלום מלון גרוע ביותר אוכל ברמה נמוכה לא נקי ולא טרי עשינו שבת במלון ושלמנו על אוכל ובסוף לא אכלנו נשארנו רעבים כל השבת בנוסף החדר אוכל היה מסריח

בכללי נהנינו מהשהייה, וגם מהפעילויות והשירותים שהמקום מציע, כמו חמי טבריה והנגישות לחוף.

Cons:

החדר נראה נקי ומסודר במבט ראשון, אבל כשמסתכלים קצת יותר לעומק, רואים שיש הרבה דברים שלא נוקו כמו שצריך. היו בחדר גם דברים שנשארו מהאורחים הקודמים, כך שהניקיון היה בעיקר ברמה של “נראה נקי”, אבל בפועל היו לא מעט דברים שהפריעו.
בנוסף, בחדר האוכל הייתה ריח מאוד לא נעים וחזק, וזה היה מורגש מאוד והפך את הישיבה והאכילה שם לפחות נעימה.

הרעש של המוסיקה התנגנה עד מאוחר יחסית (וזה הפריע לשנת הילדים שלי ילדים קטנים )החלונות והחדר עצמו לא אטום לרעשים כאלה וזה קצת מעצבן ,החדר מועדון ילדים אין לו הרבה משחקים אבל סך הכל בסדר ,הבריכה לא מתאימה לילדים קטנים
