זוועה לא מומלץ בכלל יש אחלה מלונות אחרים בכנרת

הגענו לקבלה בהגעה הפקיד טען שמשדרג לנו את החדר עלינו לראות את החדר קיבלנו חדר מסריח שנראה כמו חדר באכסניה מקלחת פיצית לאחר מכן קיבלנו חדר סטנדרט שלא שווה 1700 ללילה . קמתי בלילה להתפנות היו שני גוקים בשירותים . קמנו בבוקר ירדנו לבריכה עלינו בחזרה לחדר לנוח לפני היציאה הביתה עובדי המלון נכנסו לחדר טרקו את החדר קמנו מהבהלה והשאירו את החדר פתוח . חוסר אחריות מצד עובדי המלון היינו עם כסף בחדר וחפצים אישיים. לא מומלץ בכלל.

נהננו מאוד!!

צוות מקסים, שידרגו לנו את החדר בצ'ק אין, איפשרו לנו צ'ק אאוט מאוחר כי זה התאפשר להם לא היה עומס. הבריכה מושלמת, יש חנות קטנה ומקסימה במלון יש לו מתנפחים/בשמים/משקפי שמש/בגדי ים ועוד..האוכל סבבה, יש מבחר והיה טעים.
כל פניה לקבלה למגבות נענתה מהר.
אפילו צוות הניקיון של המלון נהדר, כולן חייכניות ונעימות ועבדו יפה מאוד.

טוב שהיה וטוב שנגמר

בעיקר את חמי טבריה שם הבריכה מאוד גדולה ובכלל השהות השם הייתה מדהימה

Cons:

החדרים לא היו נקיים כל כך, ניקו לנו את החדר ולא שמו מגבות ביקשנו כמה פעמים מהלובי ולא היה מענה בסוף בעלי היה מצריך לרדת לבריכה לקחת מגבות אך שם הם נגמרו, ארוחת הבוקר מאוד דלילה, אין קינוחים כגון פנייקייק, פיצות, פשטידות וכו'

המיקום של המלון מושלם, האווירה מושלמת, רגועה נעימה ומפנקת, החדרים מקסימים עם נוף משגע, פשוט הרגשנו שקט ושלווה, הכל מרווח ובטעם. הצוות משקיע חביב ועוזר.
בלילה היה לנו זמר אחד הטובים הרקיד אותנו וכל המשפחה נהנינו ביחד! מטר ברגל מחוף טרפז המדהים והחדש לבלות שם כל היום עם הכל, מסודר, נקי ונגיש. מחיר ליגה
אין מה להתלבט!!!
