Sumamente agradecido con la oportunidad de quedarme en este hotel, las personas muy cordiales y atentas.

Quizá se podría mejorar el servicio de terraza, pero esta área de oportunidad es mínima en comparación a todo lo bueno que ofrece. El mejor lugar para vivir un sueño con mi familia.

Muy buena ubicacion, habitaciones decentes lo unico que cuesta que llegue agua caliente y en la madrugada se va el agua tienen que tomarlo en consideracion si salen temprano para el aeropuerto.

Great rooftop experience.
Pros:

Central location. The room was basic. I like the rooftop and the courtyard, watched the volcano puff for hours. There are well-taken care of plants everywhere, which made the stay very nice. The breakfast was not outstanding, but it was ok. The breakfast service was really good, with lots of smiles. We had a room in the back; it was quiet.

Cons:

The water pressure was really bad. Front desk service was ok, but did not follow through on an issue as they said they would. I never bothered to check back in.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything, staff super nice and helpful

Cons:

The room has almost no storage, the wall plugs were loose and couldn't plug anything into. The bathroom has no shelves. The trash can in the bathroom should have a lid of you can't flush toilet paper.
