The staff made us smile
Pros:

The staff were wonderful in that they were friendly and tried their best to help us. We are truly grateful for them. They did what they could in an otherwise very stressful situation for us.

Cons:

Our room was not clean. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and on the towels. There was ramyeon in the kettle. This was made more frustrating as check-in is very late at 4pm and despite the site saying check-out is 1pm, we were told to check out at 11am (via phone call at 11am). Many of the restaurants in the area also have very late opening times so food options weren't the best.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Near everything (ATM, supermarket, shops, restaurant) Free Parking. We stay at the 7th floor.
