Cons:

Otopark var deyip paralı otoparka yönlendirildik 55 Euro ödedik çay bile yok dışarıda kahve için gibi sevimsiz bir cevap aldık tavsiye etmem asla otopark ücretini ödemelerini talep ediyorum

Es gab schon schlechtere Hotels.
Pros:

Nachdem wir zuerst ein verrauchtes Nichtraucherzimmer bekommen haben wurde uns auf Nachfrage ein rauchfreies Zimmer angeboten.

Cons:

Der Duschvorhang und das Badezimmer waren leider in keinem sehr gepflegten Zustand und es hat etwas gestunken. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht ganz öffnen, der Teppichboden war muffig und uneben, die Bettwäsche roch nicht ganz frisch.

They also ordered my taxi to the airport as well.

Günstig, gute Lage, aber Potential nach oben.
Pros:

Die Lage zur Kö und die Altstadt, sowie zum Hautbahnhof ist sehr gut und war der Hauptgrund für die Buchung. Das Entree ist einladend und das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Bei 4 Übernachtungen wurde nicht einmal der Mülleimer geleert, noch das Bad gereinigt. Die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, was grundsätzlich OK ist, aber nicht wenn sie in dem kleinen Bad nicht trocknen können. Auf dem Schrank lag eine dicke Staubschicht die mir entgegen kam als ich die Zierkissen darauf gelegt habe. Die anderen Gäste waren ziemlich rücksichtslos. In jeder Nacht wurden wir, durch Gäste geweckt die nachts um 4 an die Türen hämmerten und sich lautstark unterhalten haben.

After some improvements it will be a good place to stay unfortunately not at the moment

Had to wait for the key card half a day
Parking, tried to charge for additional parking when I’ve booked with it.
Bathroom- no shower curtain, noisy ventilation
Used bedding in a hallway been laying for a day, probably still there
Looks like the whole hotel is under refurbishment, but no mention of it
The actual hotel is under different name
There is a safe in a room but no possibility to use it
Single sized duvets suitable for kids not adults

Berbat.
Pros:

Sadece otelin konumu güzeldi.

Cons:

Otelde ilgi hiç yok. Arabayı park edeceğimiz yer yok. 4 gece kaldık odalar hiç temizlenmedi. Oda da yürürken yerler yamuk yumuk hep ses çıkartıyordu.

Near to supermarkets, metro station and train station.

Cons:

Extremely small bedroom. The bathroom door don't work properly, so you don't have any privacy at all.
The shower was too small. The bathroom area was also small.
Calefaction didn't worked the first night.
Not enough towels for 2 people staying 2 days.
The staff was rude.
