No problems - I would stay here again if in the area.

Friendly staff, very helpful & spoke superb English. Room nice & quiet, no noise, slept well. Room clean, tidy & comfortable. Good shower in my room. Decent choice of food at breakfast, no problems. I would stay here again.

Colazione varia e abbondante, organizzata in un'ampia sala accogliente e ben arredata. C'è la disponibilità di un comodo parcheggio coperto sotto l'albergo. La posizione per noi era ottimale perché vicina alle aree di nostro interesse (Nole/Ciriè) e non lontana da Torino.
Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

L'arredamento delle camere è essenziale, un po' rumoroso l'impianto di condizionamento, frigorifero presente ma non funzionante. Sarebbe auspicabile un rinnovamento generale per rendere la struttura più confortevole ed attraente, ma nel complesso, se non si hanno grandi aspettative, è una buona soluzione.

Non lo consiglierei a nessuno e sicuramente non ci tornerò sono rimasta molto delusa più o meno da ogni cosa. i peggiori

Sinceramente non mi è piaciuto nulla.

Cons:

Parcheggio esterno praticamente assente, parcheggio sotterraneo con rampa eccessivamente pendente, pochissimi posti auto e con delle colonne in mezzo.

Receptionist di turno al nostro arrivo molto gentile e disponibile, peccato per la camera.
Siamo arrivati apparentemente accogliente ma poi, l’abbiamo trovata terribilmente sporca:
- peli di uomo in doccia e sullo sgabellino in bagno
- La doccia sporca su tutti i bordi di palese mai pulizia né asciugatura per non parlare della muffa
- Lavandino con un pezzo mancante antiestetico e sporco (restava sempre sul “buco” sopra lo stagno di acqua)
- la moquette sporca in ogni dove, c’è l’imbarazzo della scelta sullo sporco a terra.
- Polvere ovunque, persino sul termostato (in facciata, non solo sullo spessore!), sulle abat-jour, sui comodini, sul phon e sul telefono in bagno, sul bollitore e nel bollitore
- Il bollitore già con poca acqua all’interno e pure sporca, palesemente non pulito
- Gli appendini pieni di peli (immagino di maglioni e cappotti!)
- Tende di tessuto plasticoso e mezze staccate/rotte
- La presenza di DUE sole presa in tutta la stanza, disposta sul tavolino di ingresso della camera e a sinistra sul muro di ingresso.. nel 2025 in una camera per 2 persone si hanno almeno 2 telefoni e non parliamo che ormai viaggiamo tutti con l’orologio ricaricabile quindi .. almeno due per lato di letto oserei dire…!

Per concludere, al nostro checkout sto prendendo i contanti e il receptionist mi comunica che avevo già pagato (ma quando?!) .. avevo selezionato il pagamento in hotel ed invece, mi hanno trattenuto dalla carta. Molto bene direi!
