CUANDO SOLICITAMOS LA LIMPIEZA DEJAMOS DICHA GAVETA ABIERTA PARA QUE VIERAN LA BASURA. SOLO TRAPEARON EL PISO Y LA BASURA AHI QUEDO Y NI FUERON PARA CERRAR LA GAVETA, EN GENERAL MUY DESCUIDADO EL HOTEL. SE LE ESTA CAYENDO A PEDAZOS

Pros:

la ubicación del hotel es buena, ya que a unos minutos esta la playa, al igual no esta muy lejos del malecón y del centro de Veracruz, y es de fácil acceso.

Cons:

que luce un poco descuidado y que la alberca no esta tan grande y el agua lucia un poco turbia, al igual no hay sillas o camas.
