This hotel moldy and not clean
Pros:

Nothing honestly

Cons:

This hotel is a joke, where do I even begin? The bed is very dirty, noisy, the bathroom is filthy, the sheets are so dirty they're bruised and not even fresh anymore, there are ants, cobwebs, and mold on the walls. The air conditioner died a long time ago. It seems nobody checks this hotel. To cut a long story short, I paid 810 baht and checked out the next day to another hotel for half the price. There are much better hotels around here. I definitely do not recommend it

Friendly & Comfortable
Pros:

Supportive staff. We were a group of 7 who booked 2 double and 2 twin rooms. We arrived early and they tried best to first give us 2 rooms to rest from long train journey and then assigned the other two rooms on the same floor to keep us together.

Not far from the centre, located at a quiet street. Friendly & helpful staff. Good Water pressure for shower & air-con is working well.

Pros:

Overall is good.
The location is good because Lee Garden is just less 5min walk from the hotel. The most places can talk tut Tut and all just 10min.

The front office staff is really helpful and assists the guest professionally.

Maybe the lift might be added.
