Purtroppo non da amputare alla struttura ma. Nello stabile

Très bon emplacement, petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Bruit du restaurant en dessous, fenêtre de la chambre donnant sur le couloir extérieur ou les escaliers.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat das Internet nicht funktioniert. Zudem gibt es aktuell eine sehr laute Baustelle gleich nebenan. Von 8 Uhr am Morgen bis 17 Uhr war es dermassen laut, dass wir im Zimmer nicht miteinander sprechen konnten. Wir waren froh, abzureisen.

Pros:

Głównymi zaletami tego hotelu jest jego lokalizacja oraz bardzo miły i pomocny personel.

Cons:

Stan pokoju w którym się zatrzymaliśmy był naprawdę bardzo słaby. Nocowałem już w wielu miejscach (również i bardzo budżetowych i o niskiej jakości) ale tutaj było naprawdę źle. W pokoju na suficie oraz przy klimatyzatorze były liczne zacieki oraz widoczna pleśń (załączam zdjęcia), a więc samo przebywanie/nocowanie w pokoju było bardzo niezdrowe i nie powinien ten pokój być w ogóle w użyciu. Dodatkowo pokój nie ma balkonu tylko schody na zewnątrz budynku z których wchodzi się do pozostałych pokojów w związku z czym w pokoju nie można otworzyć okna (jest na stałe zamknięte i nie ma możliwości otwarcia). Klimatyzator w naszym pokoju był bardzo głośny (pracował jak traktor), okna nie można było otworzyć, więc po ponad 30 godzinnej podróży bardzo ciężko było o jakikolwiek sen. Bez klimatyzatora i możliwości otworzenia okna w pokoju bardzo szybko robi się bardzo gorąco. A klimatyzator jest tak głośny, że nawet w zatyczkach do uszu nie śpi się dobrze plus powietrze w pokoju przez wszechobecną pleśń jest bardzo nieświeże.
Przy bukowaniu zwiodła nas wysoka ocena tego hotelu, a za tą samą lub czasem trochę wyższą cenę jest naprawdę dużo o wiele lepszych noclegów w mieście z których korzystaliśmy po skróceniu pobytu w tym hotelu.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the location was great for me. Breakfast was okay, better than nothing to start the day with.

Cons:

Just some minor things that might not be anything for others. Lots of stairs if you are on the upper floor, a little problem if you're older. The wifi was unreliable in the rooms.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft nahe bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten
Pros:

Wir wurden vom Personal sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und haben uns von da an bis zu unserer Abreise nach drei Tagen pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war geräumig für zwei Personen und hatte ein bequemes Bett. Besonders die Weinbar unten ist super gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt zum Wein trinken, Arbeiten oder Verweilen ein. Doch das Beste an unserem Aufenthalt war sicherlich das Personal. Die Ladies waren immer zur Stelle und halfen uns bei allen Angelegenheiten weiter. Vor allem bei Sorphorn möchten wir uns bedanken, auch für ihre wundervoll erfrischende Art.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde gleich nebenan gebaut. Tagsüber (8-17Uhr) war es sehr laut. Der Besitzer hat jedoch darüber informiert und konnte ja schliesslich nichts dafür. Die Klimaanlage war zu Beginn kaputt, es tropfte ständig Wasser runter. Dies wurde auf unser Nachfragen repariert.
Das Frühstück wäre noch viel toller wenn anstatt des trockenen Toasts ein tolles „französisches“ Baguette bereitgestellt werden würde (so wie bei der Apéroplatte ;))

Un séjour parfait dans cet hôtel idéalement situé.
Laurent, le propriétaire, vous accueille avec chaleur et générosité, et partage avec passion son amour du Cambodge.
Son équipe est remarquable : le jour, Mey et Lila, et le soir, Sorphon, font preuve d’une bienveillance et d’un professionnalisme rares.
Une adresse où l’on se sent vraiment bien.
