Bel emplacement, bonne restauration, et le boss et son équipe super sympa et à notre écoute et disposition pour réserver un bus pour kampot. Le boss est francophone d' origine belge.

Cons:

La chambre aurait besoin d' être refaite et la literie n' était pas très propre.i

Great room, great location value for Money

I love the location. It was walking distance to all attractions. The seating area in the front of the hotel was awesome sitting under the magnolia tree in the shade drinking a cold drink watching the world go by perfect

El ruido. Cerca hay algún bar o algo que de noche hay música alta y falta insonorización. Difícil para descansar.
En mi estadía, justo estaban construyendo al lado y el ruido del taladro eléctrico era insoportable, cómo si te taladraran la cabeza. Si bien no ea su responsabilidad directa, podrían haberlo comunicado al momento del check in porque ellos sabían perfectamente del ruido y lo que genera en el alojamiento. No se podía estar en la habitación durante todo el día (horas de mucho calor, que son buenas para descansar, imposible). Reservé por 4 noches y solo dormí 1. Pedí un reembolso y no fue posible ya que el dueño (un belga bastante altanero y prepotente) aceptó devolverme dos noches solo a través de una transferencia a cuenta francesa o Khmer. Claramente no tengo ninguna de las dos. Su otra opción, que yo fuera por el dinero al hotel). De acuerdo a la forma en que me escribió y se comunicó conmigo vía WhatsApp no me sentí segura haciéndolo. Así que ojalá sea feliz con los 40 usd que me correspondían y ya que tanto habla de lo social del alojamiento, se los de a las chicas de recepción de mi parte. Un irrespetuoso.

Good size room. Adequate bathroom. A kettle was available in the room and hot and cold water was available downstairs for use. Friendly staff.

The adjoining property is currently being rebuilt so very loud drilling started about 08:30 each weekday, directly into the wall of our room, we could not hear ourseves when speaking to one another or stay in the room during the day. We booked a bus ticket via reception, it was the worst we have experienced in 4 months of travelling. Top tourist price for awful quality service. The bus drove round Phnom Penh for nearly 2 hours waiting for passengers till full before departing. For the price charged we expected a standard direct bus service. I suggest you find another tour company to work with going forward, it is a poor service for your guests.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat das Internet nicht funktioniert. Zudem gibt es aktuell eine sehr laute Baustelle gleich nebenan. Von 8 Uhr am Morgen bis 17 Uhr war es dermassen laut, dass wir im Zimmer nicht miteinander sprechen konnten. Wir waren froh, abzureisen.
