The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the location was great for me. Breakfast was okay, better than nothing to start the day with.

Wir wurden vom Personal sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und haben uns von da an bis zu unserer Abreise nach drei Tagen pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war geräumig für zwei Personen und hatte ein bequemes Bett. Besonders die Weinbar unten ist super gemütlich eingerichtet und lädt zum Wein trinken, Arbeiten oder Verweilen ein. Doch das Beste an unserem Aufenthalt war sicherlich das Personal. Die Ladies waren immer zur Stelle und halfen uns bei allen Angelegenheiten weiter. Vor allem bei Sorphorn möchten wir uns bedanken, auch für ihre wundervoll erfrischende Art.

Très bien reçu, le personnel m’a même offert le café. L’hôtel est bien situé, madame Sorphorn m’a réservé le bus pour Kompot sur place.

I really loved everything about this hotel. It is situated in a great part of town near the palace and centre of town as well as the riverside. It has a great area in the front to relax and watch the world go by. The inside sitting area is also very comfortable with an impressive wine bar in the back.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a good sized room safe that can fit a medium sized laptop. I had a balcony room facing the road and would highly recommend it over the other rooms that are a bit small and have only a smallish window.

The staff were wonderful and catered to my every need. Be aware that it is best to request room cleaning if you want it as I asked the staff about this and they said, they let customers request it, they don't just do it as some customers don't like people coming into their rooms.

There are restaurants and a cafe close by and if your not a meat eater, there are two vegetarian restaurants next to each other about 20 metres up the road on the other side where you can get a great meal from $2-$3.50 USD. There is also a printing shop and laundry service next door, and next to that a street vendor that sells awesome Vietnamese iced coffee for less than a $1 USD, and two more coffee vendors 30 metres down the road!

I hired a motorbike for my whole time there and the night security staff move it inside for safety every night then move it out for you in the morning so you don't have to worry about it getting stolen.

This is a highly recommended establishment.
