Colonial splendour
Pros:

Beautiful location halfway to our destination in Meru. Convenient quiet luxury. Great arrangement with Ark . Great size rooms.

Pros:

这个酒店很大很漂亮，就是远离市区，需要开车一段时间进入，酒店房间非常大，但是枕套床单看起来不是很干净。三餐口味不错，最喜欢晚上壁炉生火，总体非常满意！

Amazing location and setting.
Pros:

Great location and wonderful wildlife around the property. Lovely old world charm to the place and the meals were very good.

Lots of steps to get to the top rooms so you need to be fit.

Mooie ligging, we waren er 2 jaar geleden ook al geweest. De accommodatie loopt een beetje achteruit tov 2 geleden

Cons:

Koud water uit de douche en een luidruchtige buur in de nacht waar bewaking zelf in zou mogen grijpen

Die Duschwände in Haus 27 brauchen mal eine gute Säuberung. Da setzt sich Schimmel fest. Sonst war alles sauber.

Pros:

Breakfast was usual but we liked the service and ambience. Location was perfect for a country side stay, peaceful and very good weather. Highly recommended

This was a dream destination from my first visit 22 years ago, and it was an exceptional experience
Pros:

Food was great staff was exceptional, the lunch box was excellent and the cordial demeanor of the staff was the best. the lunch and dinner were great.

Cons:

This was an exceptional stay so nothing really to report here. It was extra cold but they did extra to make me feel comfortable with the fireplace and hot water bottles.

So beautiful
Pros:

The place is so beautiful. You can walk through the garden and there are so many birds, squirrels, deers. Really amazing. The food is very nice as well with such a lovely staff. You can also join a safari walk in the Aberdares to see gazelles, zebras and giraffes. Ranger Owen gave us a lot of interesting information about the animals and the trees. It really was the perfect guided tour. I definetely recommand this tour!!

Cons:

We had some miscommunication with the manager, thankfully Sebastian solved eveything very well for us. Thanks to Sebastian we had the perfecf stay.
