Pros:

The venue was very close and convenient for me. The service was excellent, from the security staff to everyone we interacted with during our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Cons:

The bathrooms do not have mirrors, and the small mirror provided in the room is poorly positioned and does not have sufficient lighting, making it difficult to use.

The eyelet curtains were also not properly fitted, as there are gaps that allow people outside to see into the room. This is particularly concerning at night and raises serious privacy concerns.

The place is beautiful, fairly clean and good location for our visit.

Cons:

They don't pay attention to the small things. There is absolutely no signs directing you to the place. The GPS leaves you on the road. We traveled at night so we got lost a bit.
My room had no hot water, had to wash at my friend's room. My friend's room had no toilet paper, she had to come and get from me. We were there for one night, so we didn't have the energy to report this we just had to make do. My bed sheet had a stain.

Enjoyed everything except for the fact that we are used to receiving breakfast in the morning

Cleanliness. You could do a little bit more. Fumigation is most important cause of ants. There was a spider in the shower. The bath tub had a yellow residue in which it was visible that it wasn't cleaned in a long time.
But it's a nice place.

It was money well spent, we loved the place.
Pros:

The place is neat and well kept. The landscaping is great, I really loved the scenery. Well presented place with a clean pool and plenty of out door seating.

Cons:

It’s a bit difficult to find the place, there is no signage. I would recommend to the owners to consider putting up signage, considering the main gate is hidden away from the main road.
