Arthomes at Sunvida Tower

The owner of the condotel where we stay are very unprofessional. They ask for a money deposit just in case when the area has damage before leaving. With that I fully understand and was aware to take good care of the place. Upon check out I speak with the reception to check the area and I was told everything is fine. Unfortunately the money I deposited was taken by the host. The reception told me to reach them out and I call them several times . Some of my calls are ignored and after for days I tried to call them again. The lady owner answer me but declare to take the money reason that they are upset how we leave the area with garbages. True we left our garbage in 2 plastics reason that no one assisted us in some rules they wanted and got no idea where to throw at exact place the waste we had used. but everything was kept in a plastic . I ask her why not tell me on that very day I check out. and give me her reason that its a shame on her next customer how we mess the place. Crazy! if you want your place to be secured you should faced your customer on the day of her check out not after you run the money for many days. It’s not a big amount but the accusation and unprofessional way makes me feel mad . I accept when I made wrong thing during my stay and advice me the very day upon checking out from the place. But not after leaving for few days decided that they will take the money because of the garbage I had left. I travel outside cebu and why I carry it with me.

I didn't like the place there's a lot of cockroaches

So disappointing. There were a lot of small and big cockroaches all over the place. I was even bitten when I was sleeping. The cleaning tools are also inside the comfort room and it looks disgusting.

They dis not return our deposit. The unit was not clean. Bugs.

Cockroaches, cockroaches, and more cockroaches. Every day, I was killing bugs and cockroaches. I began to get itchy because of the environment. I used the insect spray that was provided by the owner on site and bought more due to the quantity of cockroaches. I had to spray every day, which ended up making me sick. Im still weasing, and I'm usually healthy. Toilet paper was not provided. The shower curtain was molded. The shower faucet was leaking. I requested a refund and early departure, which the owner ignored. She asked me where the cockroaches were coming from, as if I would know. She admitted that they had previously had the room fumigated. It was the worst experience that I have had in my travels and I have traveled a lot. I left a pile of dead cockroaches in the sweeping tray so they could see it is a major problem.
No one should have to stay in such a place.

i don't like the way they manage to return the 2k deposit. They will let you exit the premises and they will check the room as they like the time and you should wait when they will send the 2k deposit thru GCash.
