Amazing modern accomodation and lovely wine.
Pros:

The property has three rooms I think. We had two of these and they are connected by a small landing area. The bedrooms are extremely modern and of a high standard. Separate toilet and hand basin. Separate shower. Fridge and kettle supplied.

Cons:

Gyumri is still suffering the after effects of the earthquake and this accomodation is down a pot holed lane. A bit hard to find. However once inside the courtyard everything is beautiful.

Great hotel! We absolutely loved everything about our stay. A special thank you to the incredibly welcoming hosts. We really appreciated Armine's hospitality and her flexibility in kindly arranging an early check-in for us. The place has a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Gyumri!

Friendly host so the clean, modern rooms
Pros:

Armine was a great host :) Very friendly and she welcomed us with a shot of Armenian liqueur which was delicious! The room was very well decorated, modern, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Short distance to the main sights of Gyumri and good value for money!
