Good value for a winter getaway
Pros:

Very good value at this time of the year.

It's clean and neat, the view is amazing, the area is nice, the beach is 2mn away walking, the room is warm enough, the bed is comfy, the shower has great hot water pressure, amenities are good (if you need a microwave, go to the 15th floor), check-in and out is super easy, luggages can be stored.

It's a 30mn trip to Haeundae beach (bus or blue line sky), so perfect if you need a less busy area - and still well connected.

Cons:

Waste management is stressful if you're not used to their system.
Sound insulation in the building is a bit weak, I could hear voices, furnitures being moved, moans and showers.
No big deal but could have more hangers and closets.

Pros:

海景很棒，單人房床面向海所以每天被太陽叫醒❤️☀️
可完全自助，有幾台可以辦理入住退房。
可以事先溝通要求有洗衣機的房間，不過只能洗脫，所以要自己曬乾。

Cons:

單人房的椅子是金屬椅子，沒有那麼適合辦公，賞海景聊天可以，但如果要長久坐的話不是適合辦公的椅子。

Pros:

窗外可以看到海，每天早上起床就能拉開窗簾看海。
房內含洗衣機，對多天住宿的遊客很方便，但雙人房房內不大，若都帶大型行李箱的話，是沒有足夠空間的。

Got some good quality rest here
Pros:

Very nice staff, late checkout possible when extra amount is paid. Luggage storage! And any difficulties I ran into were flawlessly resolved by staff. Very nice wake up with ocean view and nice and quiet area. Nice local food around as well! Clean as well!!!

Good value for money in a great location with outstanding view
Pros:

Great location - nice kitchen facilities - large fridge - windows kept noise out - excellent view of beach on higher floors - free water

Cons:

Only one pillow each and it was soft and uncomfortable - wet room - small towels - very little space to hang or store clothes

Pros:

Прекрасная гостиница, первая береговая линия. Вокруг много достопримечательностей, кафешечек. Морюшко в 2 минутах ходьбы. Вид из окна просто бомбический. Регистрировались сами. Положили несколько зубных принадлежностей с расчетом на количество дней. Много полотенец, но только маленькие. Есть стиральная машинка. И очень вкусно пахло в номере, цитрусами

Cons:

Не хватает сушки бельевой, хотя бы маленькой, а то постирал, а сушить негде. Также можно было пару полотенец побольше размером добавить и еще тапочки (одноразовых например). Чая кофе тоже не предусмотрено, но это не проблема, а вот то, что не было ни одной кружки, только стаканчики маленькие 2шт - это можно было бы добавить. Также не критично, но небольшого утюжка простого или парового тоже бы не помешало))
