The rooms were hot, Airconditioning did not work properly. The rooms were not in good shape. wallpaper and paint peeling off the walls. Carpet was dirty and patches cut out. curtains were stained. Bed was as hard as a rock. Showe head was blocked and water not flowing well. spraying everywhere.

Otel odaları çok sıcaktı klimalar kendini sogutmuyor. Süit oda diye aldığımız oda hayal kırıklığı resmen. Odalar çok eski ve bakımsız. Aydınlatma neredeyse yok gibi. Kahvaltıda bir bardak çay verecek garson yoktu.. kesinlikle bir daha asla gitmeyi düşünmüyorum

Not a good experience specially that I have client with me in other rooms

It was very cold
It was raining and very cold and the heater isn’t working
The stuff said they stopped the heater this time of season in addition there was only a very thin blanket in the room so I had to ask for additional blanket which actually as thin as the first and not enough for such weather

Denizli Merkezinde değil, iş seyahatleri için uygun. Kahvaltısı zayıf, otel genel anlamda eskimiş.Fakat Çalışanları çok yardımsever ve çok güleryüzlü. Her konuda destek oluyorlar. Otelin bence tek iyi yanı buydu.

Şehir dışından geldik 1 gece kaldık, havuzda kimse yoktu sanki bize ayrılmış gibiydi rahatça yüzdük. Oda bir üst odayı vermişler bize teşekkürler, odalar denizli sıcağında gayet iyi soğukluktaydı ve sigara kokusu yoktu. Tek “olumsuz” durum tuvaletin kapısı odayla içiçe bilmem anlatabildim mi bunu bilerek gidiniz :))

Etwas in Jahre gekommenes Hotel, jedoch mit sehr hochwertigem Service und höchster Flexibilität des Personals. Alle Anfragen und Wünsche wurde profesionell und rasch erledigt. Gute Betten und leckeres Frühstück machen den Aufenthalt angenehm.

Have stayed 5 times before always been a high class hotel with excellent food even stayed in covid and was satisfied. It this time restaurant menu poor and breakfast even worse not the classy place it used to be. Asked for other items in restaurant with no joy couldn’t even do a chicken breast for us just thighs!!! Sorry place now won’t stay again ended up eating in a fast food place at the shopping centre further down the road.
