We spent 1 night at the hotel, beds were comfy & the breakfast was really lovely.
Pros:

It was clean, pillows were nice & comfortable.
The rooms were lovely & spacious.
The reception area was very nice, we could relax there while waiting for our transfer.

Not Ramada standard.
Cons:

Things are simply unfinished and rushed. Towel rails, toilet roll holders etc are not mounted properly, even the stairs in the pool are not secured, they move a lot. It just feels like someone should have screwed everything one more time. A couple of ladies at the reception were lovely, rest of the team, especially a gentlemen sitting by the pool bar area, assuming the manager, was quite rude. No real service around anyone asking if you need anything whilst around the pool bar or saying good morning etc as you are passing. This was not expected from a Ramada.
