Location

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was very nice, comfortable, and well-appointed. I was particularly impressed with the very fast internet which made working and streaming effortless. The location was absolutely great convenient and close to everything I needed. Additionally the staff were very good; they were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The best thing i liked in this hotel was the hotel manager who tells you everything beyond your imagination,

They booked my 2 tours and those were the best of the price
I stayed in calm and noice less room
Rooms were cozy

Mr lokman is a very handsome and experienced man

Hotel wifi is super fast and in my room there was a tv with luckily signed in netfix account😅 so i watched movie whole night

El personal de l'hotel ens han ajudat moltíssim. Fins i tot ens van acompanyar per solucionar un problema que teníem amb la targeta SIM per a la nostra estada a Turquia (gràcies, Adbullah!). L'atenció, un 10.

La cama.

It was very bad experience 😔. No proper facilities were available even no soap was provided. The LED was not working and as per their statement they have called the vendor and he will give time day after tomorrow and then he will fix the problem. The most important issue is no person available at reception. You can't call anyone for any type of service.
It took me more than three hours just to find the hotel. I tried so many times on the given number but no response. Thanks to Almighty Allah who help me and the person picked call after three hours approximately. The name of hotel is different from the hotel where I stayed I.e.it was TAKSIM PREMIER GOLD HOTE instead of TAKSIM GOLDEN HOUSE HOTEL. There was nothing which matches its name.
I will also share few pictures which I took during my stay.
I request booking. Com team to make refund of my money which I have paid I.e. 69 US dollars.
I don't know how you select hotels and how you people check their creditability. When we choose booking. Com we expect that all properties which are being displayed are authentic 🤔. But there is a question mark.
If no refund or atleast 50% amount is paid to me then I must be thinking to go for some other platforms like trip adviser, agora etc.

Very good location , specially for the peoples who are tourists , i came alone and it amuses me so much , overall everything was so fine

The Receptionist on the property was so helpful , The property is at a very nearest place close to the taksim square , you cal also say that this is one of the most convenient and cheapest best rated property near to taksim where the receptionist is very responsible and he would reply you whenever you text him even though if he is sleeping bcz i have experienced it 😅. The heating system was working perfectly and the wifi speed is good enough. Super market is almost next to the door 24/7 open, i really enjoyed my trip because of this property and also i would recommend everyone to have a look and stay here with your family, its so secure and smooth, Thank-you❤️
