Muito boa.
Pros:

As instalações, prédio, roupa de cama e banho, limpas e bem conservadas. Boa localização.

Cons:

Fiquei no ap 2, térreo, incomodou o ruído dos veículos que estacionam junto da janela e o de fechamento das 2 travas magnéticas. Respectivamente do portão e porta de saída.
