The grounds were nice and well maintained. Very nice beach and the sea. You can play many various sports. There is norhing at all to do in town and if you are coming out of season, there is nowhere to eat and it is a ghost town. Taxi is very expensive in the area, so best to have a car.
There was no Wifi the entire week. Additional charges – paid 17% more than the Final price on Booking.com showed, due to additional fee for pool use and entertainment and for a small child (even though the room was for the right number of people and child didn’t eat at the hotel). Single use plastic cups and spoons at breakfast (these are banned in the EU). Absolutely ridiculous rules: pool towels cost EUR 3 each time to be changed, also EUR 10 deposit for each towel (which is only returned if you saved the receipt). You can only swim with a swimming cap (honestly!!!), no jumping in the pool or having a small ball (even if you don’t play with it). Our keys were cancelled twice, the day before we left and on our last day with no apology from staff. Also, the room key shows your room number (in case you lose it and a thief finds it) :D. No safe place to leave luggage in case your checkout is before your departure time. Staff was difficult with giving us sports equipment when we asked, we had to ask various entertainment people many times. Our stuff was constantly moved from sun bedsat lunch time. We didn’t feel welcome or nice at the hotel. No one was helpful with small things like getting hot water for the baby. There is nothing in the room, no welcome water, or kettle. Safe if tiny and woulnd't fit a laptop. The aircon only started working after we complained that it was too hot. The lift that we used (for the buggy) smelled of smoke and on a way done shook unpleasantly (I was scared to use it).
Nice property, good facilities, lots of activities (sports) and connected to very nice & well maintained beach.
Very helpful people, tried their to accommodate language barrier. Willing to help and provide a lot of services, for instance my gf fell sick on our last day, the receptionist extended our checkout time, called a doctor to the room and brought breakfast for both of us
They should have a snacks counter serving finger foods. This will help as there are nothing in the vicinity.
