Pros:

wir hatten sogar zwei Badezimmer, was spitze war! Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.
es gab jeden Morgen ein kleines Frühstück, die Aussicht ist super, der Pool auch!!
Ventilator UND Klimaanlage in beiden Zimmern, das ist ein solches Plus!
Alles super sauber und schön.

Cons:

man ist relativ weit im Süden der Insel, zum Zentrum und Playa Norte ist daher das Taxi relativ teuer.
Die Küche könnte ein bisschen mehr ausgestattet sein, kochen kann man da nur schwierig, es gab quasi keine Töpfe, aber man hat mir dann einen geliehen :) Wasserkocher, oder Topf, also irgendwas braucht man schon, um sich zumindest einen Kaffee machen zu können.
Es riecht schon sehr oft nach der Müllverwertungsanlage, die in der Nähe ist. Ich weiß, das ist nicht die Schuld des Hotels, aber es ist doch ein relevanter Punkt, wenn man dort wohnt. Aber sehr gestört hat es auch nicht.

The first 3 days were uncomfortable until we made a claim to booking.com and then we got moved to a 3rd floor unit. The

The ocean view

Cons:

Only the 3rd floor units have the view in the photos. The air conditioners needed repair during our stay. There wasn’t a coffee maker, kettle and microwave in the kitchen. The pots and pans were broken or missing. Repairs were required in both units we stayed in. The unit is further out than we expected and even though we planned to use the bus the bus service was spotty to not available. Taxis from the location are 200 pesos each trip. We ended up renting a golf cart for 5 of the 8 days for 9000. Pesos. The roof tops don’t have any furniture so even though this is the best view there is nothing to sit on so you can enjoy it. The hot tub didn’t have any water in it. There are a lot nicer places to stay on Isla!

Die Aussicht ist tatsächlich sehr schön auf das Meer und die ruhige Lage ist auch klasse… das war es dann aber auch schon…

Cons:

Wo soll ich nur anfangen? Die Apartments sind schon sehr verwohnt und verwittert. Bei Problemen wird man nicht ernst genommen. Es wird einfach ein Angestellter geschickt, der sich den Missständen bewusst ist aber auch nichts ausrichten kann. Es beschweren sich wirklich sehr viele Leute und es reisen auch viele vorzeitig ab.

Fun, relaxing and comfortable!
Pros:

This was a great boutique hotel! Very private and on the South Island which is quiet with picturesque ocean views. Our room was a King suite with two full baths. There was a daily continental breakfast which was excellent and a great way to start our day. You do require transportation to see and access the entire Island but we knew this before booking this hotel. We purposely wanted to avoid staying in the popular North Beach area due to congestion, noise and partiers. This place was the answer and all of the staff were friendly, accommodating and professional. Highly recommend it!

It met and exceeded all of our expectations.

La literie est bonne et le personnel fait de son mieux…

Cons:

La baie vitrée ne fermait pas et il y avait beaucoup de vent, donc beaucoup de bruit. Le pommeau de douche était plein de calcaire, le poubelle était pleine à notre arrivée. Et le petit déjeuner était absolument nul! Autant ne pas en proposer!!!

A nice place to stay for a laid back holiday
Pros:

Spacious, clean apartment with a nice view. Decently equipped kitchen - fridge, stove, toaster oven (there are some spices and oil as well). The air conditioning works very well. Free parking in front of the hotel for guests. There's nice breakfast and dinner places right down the street (DeNuccio's, Mayakita). Hotel offers a small complimentary breakfast for the guests as well (coffee, fruit and pastries). A small beach just a short walk away. Great location - quiet, a bit away from all the noises and action. Since the island is not that large, getting around is easy as well - taxis, golf carts and bikes are great options to get to\from the hotel. Nice and welcoming staff.

Cons:

No kettle/microwave in the room - had to warm up water for tea in a pan. The shower in the main bedroom couldn't be used, as the water was spraying everywhere, when turned on. As some other guests are saying - when the wind blows from a certain side, the smell from the wastewater treatment plant is quite strong and there will be no sitting on the terrace. Could use a drying rack on the balcony for swimsuits etc. The wifi is basically non-existent. There's a tv in the room, but as there is no internet, you can't use it anyway.

Pros:

Buona posizione, non delle migliori ma quando prenoti lo sai. Nel complesso abbastanza pulito. Staff cordiale (anche se non tutti).

Cons:

La colazione é misera anche se inclusa nella tariffa. Le tovaglie in sala colazione erano sporche come anche il pavimento.

Cadre idyllique pour passer un agréable séjour
Pros:

Hôtel en retrait des grands hôtels touristiques, à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville, proche de la plage et de 2 restaurants. Il se compose de 4 immeubles de 3 étages avec des appartements disposant d’une chambre climatisée avec des rangements et d’une salle d’eau. Egalement une deuxième salle de bain indépendante, un salon climatisé avec un canapé convertible, une cuisine ouverte aménagée et d’une terrasse. Idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis car l’espace est suffisamment grand. Un jacuzzi sur le toit du dernier immeuble avec vue imprenable sur l’océan et une piscine (entre les 2 derniers immeubles) permettent de profiter du cadre exceptionnel tout en se détendant.
Petit déjeuner offert pour les clients et réception ouverte jusqu’à 22h.
Une fontaine à eau à disposition à l’accueil.
Je recommande vivement un séjour de quelques jours au sein de cet établissement.
