Well difficult to like anything when the basics are deplorable. Hygiene was bad. Maybe only thing good was the location i guess, and maybe the staff there was polite and sensible.
Everything perhaps, the hygiene was really bad. Bedsheets, blankets all had stains. The washroom smelled like hell. The hot water was just neither hot nor warm.

We initially faced a problem of not receiving the warm water in our bathroom. Upon reporting it, the hotel management ensured we were transferred to a new room with all the essential amenities available, including the warm water.
That we had to constantly ask the housekeeping staff to come in and clean our mattress, take out trash and deliver us with a new pack of complementary water bottles.
They called me few hours before my arrival and told me we are cancelling your booking if you dont confirm. I did confirm over message but they insisted to call and their number wasn’t working. Finally i reached there and they told me my attic room is not available due to maintenance noise happening next to the hotel. When i insisted thry told me they have already given to someone else. They lie and do not respect bookings made from booking.com. I had my credit card info entered with the booking. They are the worst.

Staff was very professional and property was clean and safe. Parking was great too including food which was great for lunch.
Very poor heating system management.
No availability of hot water despite of complaining multiple times, issue couldn’t be resolved.
Property was 3 star but they turn off you third class heater in the middle of the night. when temprature is about 2 degree….Nit recommended

Hotel was good overall. Cleanliness was absent. Hairs were on floor and bedsheets. There was electricity Loadshedding aswell.
Roof kitchen sounds were disturbing in the room.
