El trato por parte de los propietarios fue sensacional; desde un primer momento te hacen sentir cómodo y te dan todas las facilidades para que disfrutes de este mágico y elegante entorno rural que por momentos te traslada a otra época en el tiempo. Absolutamente recomendable!!!!

El cortijo es muy bonito, muy bien cuidado y las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas. La zona de comedor es también muy bonita. La comida muy buena.
Mi mujer e hijas son celíacas, y en el hotel cometieron diversos errores en la manipulación de la comida (ej: hornear el pan en el horno donde meten pan con gluten, pudiendo contaminarlo, o no traer de la cocina su desayuno por separado). Se lo comentamos a la dueña y se puso rígida y a la defensiva, discutiendo lo que le explicaba mi mujer. Estaba más preocupada por la reseña que por escucharnos. Luego nos escribió diciendo que harían algunos cambios de cara a futuro.

Vi uppskattade allt, från mottagandet av värdparet, känslan av rustik hög kvalitet i allt från rum, restaurang och inte minst den otroligt harmoniska innergården. Det omgivande landskapet med berg och rullande kullar ramade in Cortijo del Marqués förtjänstfullt. Vi önskar att vi hade kunnat stanna några nätter till.

Sehr netter Empfang und ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Tolles Restaurant mit Kamin und hervorragender Küche. Frühstück ebenso. Wunderbares Ambiente, sehr sympathische Gastgeber, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Wunderschönes hotel auf dem land inmitten von olivenplantagen. Wir waren vier nächte dort und haben jede minute genossen. Die anlage, die zimmer, das essen, der service und die gastgeber waren ausgezeichnet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

On arrival Sandra was amazing, she was so welcoming and accommodating, she's such an asset to the hotel. The setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature and the sound of birds....
The suite, although a big room, lacked finesse, there was no fridge for cool water, no coffee machine, instead a kettle with sachets of nescafe instant coffee, disappointing to say the least! The bed was comfortable but only queen size. As we had our 2 small dogs with us, we had prearranged the gourmet menu to be brought to our room at 8pm to stay with them. At 8.50 my husband had to go and look for it, because there was no means of communication in the room, thank goodness it wasn't pouring with rain at that point because the journey was outdoors. The staff did admit they had forgotten and then served us straight away, unfortunately it was too late for us to enjoy by the time they had served us the whole meal. When we checked out, Sandra was very apologetic, and made a small discount on the dinner. We paid 400 euros all in and felt cheated, the hotel is rated 4 star, however 3 star is more realistic.
Tout était parfait, le lieu (un havre de paix) la décoration et le confort de la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel et le service restauration (le dîner gourmet était un régal ! et un superbe petit-déjeuner)

What a privilege to be able to stay in a place like this - it’s as if the outside world has ceased to exist.
The historic fabric of the building has been lovingly restored, the food was very good indeed and the staff all looked after us with a friendly yet discrete efficiency.

The stay was quite lovely - from the location on the mountainside amongst olive trees, to the quality amenities, and the very friendly staff. Could not recommend enough.

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff, stunning food.
In the middle of beautiful vistas but the road leading to it leaves a lot to be desired. WhatsApp the hotel, ask for directions. Exit 108 NOT 103. Ignore your GPS. Look for small Cortijo demarques sign at the exit roundabout and follow them to the hotel.

La situation
Todo fue perfecto: el alojamiento, la tranquilidad de cada rincón, la limpieza, el desayuno y comida, la ubicación en medio de un olivar, la comodidad y destacar la atención y amabilidad de los trabajadores.

Très belle hacienda perdue au milieu de champs d'oliviers.
Cour intérieure plantée d'orangers, avec fontaine.
Piscine avec vue sur la campagne et la Sierra Nevada.
Grande chambre installée dans les anciennes écuries, les mangeoires des chevaux pour ranger les affaires.
Belle salle de restaurant, dîner gourmet de 4 plats, belle carte de vins.
Les alentours immédiats sont uniquement des champs d'oliviers, pas vraiment propices à une promenade.
Le dîner pourrait offrir une alternative (choix de 2 entrées et 2 plats au lieu de menu unique)
