Apartamento excelente, muito próximo a praia de ponta negra, muito conforto, e limpo. É tudo conforme o anúncio

Cons:

Não teve ponto negativo, tudo que precisei ficou à minha disposição. Uma única observação para quem se incomoda é acústica do apartamento, é possível ouvir todo barulho externo e do apartamento de cima, mas não que tenha me gerado incômodo.

Desde o anfitrião ao atendimento do pessoal da recepção ao flat tudo limpinho e organizado
Espaço excelente.
Meu filho amou as piscinas .
A localização excelente bem próximo ao morro do careca .
Fora que no flat tinha tudo oque nos precisávamos
Talheres ,geladeira,fogão, cafeteira gelagua.
E fora entre outros utensílios.
