Pros:

Excelente localização, vários pontos turísticos próximos London Eye, Big Ben além da Estação Victoria com trens e ônibus para vários pontos da cidade. Quarto espaçoso (810) com uma vista bonita sa cidade. Limpeza diária e bom café da manhã.

Tuba oli puhas ja koristus toimus igapäevaselt. Hommikusöögi valik oli mitmekesine. Teenindus oli samuti meeldiv. Asukoht oli väga hea.

Excellent location, staff and facilities.
Pros:

Room space and facilities. Sfaff were also very helpful and engaging which all made my short stay enjoyable. Buffet breakfast in Riu was, as always, excellent.

Cons:

Getting to the breakfast was a bit tortuous.

Clean, friendly, value for money!
Pros:

Great location, staff were incredibly attentive and even let us check in early!
Breakfast was across the road, wonderful buffet.
Great service even though they were so busy with the marathon!
Wonderfully clean, comfy beds too.

Cons:

We had 3 in a room so it was a little cramped, but it’s not a huge issue especially for the price, location and additional sofa bed!

Breakfast was decent. Supplies in the room were all well stocked and floors looked clean.

Cons:

For starters the staff at the front was not great at all. Second and most important in one of our rooms the fold out couch had bed bugs. When we reported it to staff they acted at first like they didn't have a room. Then suddenly found one after I said real loud bed bugs. We had a dinner reservation and had to miss it due to this. Had to move our stuff. All they did was give us a box of tea and a travel bag with their name. No refund for the days in a dirty bed, no offer to clean our clothes or detox our luggage. When we forget an item on the dirty room the staff all but told my husband we could not go back to the room. He was just about to start loudly talking about bed bugs when they finally agreed. And it was my daughters Glasses!!! Not happy at all!!

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr vielfältig.
Wir hatten beim zimmer etwas zu beanstanden, dies wurde jedoch sofort mit einem Zimmerwechsel behoben. Das Zimmer hatte zudem einen wirklich tollen Ausblick.
Wir können das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Immense hôtel correct bon rapport qualité/prix à côté de la gare Victoria
Pros:

Emplacement idéal à côté de la gare de Victoria et juste quelques mètres de la station de métro.
Chambres standards mais très bien, tout confort. Salle de bain satisfaisante. Bonne connexion wifi.
Bon rapport qualité/prix pour Londres.
Petit déjeuner compris et diversifié.

Cons:

Check-in et check-out très froid et pas du tout sympathique. La personne a la réception n'a pas voulu me donner une facture - malgré le fait que je lui ai dit en avoir besoin pour ma société - car ma chambre était prépayée.
Pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre, et pas de réponse de la réception quand j'ai téléphoné à 9h du matin pour en avoir un. J'ai dû l'emprunter à mon collègue qui logeait dans la chambre d'à côté.
L'hôtel est tellement grand qu'il faut sortir, traverser la rue pour entrer dans l'immense salle de petit déjeuner.
Pas très cosy et intime pour commencer la journée, beaucoup de monde, beaucoup de bruit mais petit déjeuner correct.
