Wij hadden pech en zochten contact met het hotel maar dat was een paar uur niet gelukt. Er kwam niemand aan de telefoon.

Excellent choix pour visiter Londres
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hotel est top, à 2 pas du metro Victoria,
l'hotel est propre, et bien décoré
le personnel est réactif, j ai eu un problème de pile sur mon coffre , ils sont intervenus très rapidement,
la chambre est nettoyée tous les jours, spacieuse et confortable ,
en face de l'hotel il y a même une enseigne de resto rapide sandwich qui est bien pratique.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est complet, j ai rarement vu autant de choix , il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts!
Nous sommes très satisfait de cet hotel que je recommande vivement .

Cons:

La température de l'eau de la douche n'est pas assez chaude à mon gout et un meuble lavabo pour poser ses affaires seraient un vrai plus
Rien de grave ça n'a en rien gaché notre séjour

Excellent clean, bright hotel, lovely staff, excellent breakfast. Will return.
Pros:

Lovely fresh look, clean and bright. Great room with a beautiful city view.

Cons:

The flooring was too harsh, carpeting would make it softer, we could hear people on the corridor and above.
