Central location, recommended
Pros:

Staff was amazing, so warm and accommodating, they went out their way to provide us with all we needed. Rooms are spacious enough, bedding and pillows just perfect, breakfast was exceptional and had huge variety of produce, well stocked and although hotel was full, it didnt feel too busy around the food and there was always plenty for everyone. Cant beat the location, and unlike some other big chain names, hotel sits on a clean street, no dodgy faces.

Cons:

The tiled floors... ugh, so cold underfoot. Another issue was the way internet is managed. After several attempts with both reception staff and someone from their tech team they still couldnt get the wifi working on either my phone or laptop. Huge pain. That said, the staff did their best to help.

Pros:

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und die Auswahl des Frühstücks Buffet war hervorragend. Von VEGAN bis GLUTENFREI war alles dabei. Für Menschen die Allergiker sind oder Unverträglichkeiten werden hier verwöhnt. Es fehlt ihr an nichts!!!

I thought the hotel was excellent. Clean, quiet and modern rooms. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of options. Friendly staff and a great location in London.

L'accueil est impeccable et le personnel, aussi bien dans le lobby que pour le petit déjeuner, est vraiment au top.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est somptueux.
La situation de l'hôtel est idéale si on arrive de Gatwick via Victoria Station.
