Habitaciónes grandes, muy recomendable. Ubicación excelente.
Pros:

La atención y servicio del personal que al llegar 5 horas antes nos han dejado hacer el checking mucho antes. El desayuno bufet.

Cons:

La unica cosa que no me gustó fue el sofá cama, el colchon era un poco incómodo, fuimos on mis sobrinos y ellos se quedaron en la cama grande y yo en el sofa cama

המיקום נוח ליד תחנת ויקטוריה, חדר חדש,ונקי ללא שטיחים, צ'ק אאוט מאד יעיל ופשוט.

קבלנו בהתחלה חדר לא מתאים והיינו צריכים לעבור יום למחרת אז היה צריך לארוז הכל. ייאמר לזכות המלון שתוך יום עברנו לחדר מסודר. אין נוף מהחלון בכלל.

Skvělá lokalita, výborná snídaně, útulné pokoje, přátelský personál.

Cons:

Koupelna je v místě sprchového koutu oddělena od ložnice stěnou z matného skla, není průhledné, ale propouští světlo. V noci se díky pohybovému čidlu rozsvítí menší světlo na toaletě, díky stěně ale světlo prosvítá i do ložnice, což mě vždy probudilo.

Pros:

The hotel is only 2 years old so everything is clean and new looking. Rooms are a nice size and clean, bathrooms are spacious with a nice big shower. All the staff i encountered were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is the best bit of the hotel, huge choice, very fresh and high quality. The hotel is also in an excellent location.

Cons:

The hotel advertises that it is equipped with all the amenities for an unforgettable stay. I would say this is not the case. If you are a bit of a gym bunny you can get a fairly good workout in the small gym, other than that i found the amenities to be lacking. There are over 400 rooms in the hotel and the bar area has a capacity of 20 is very small (you would have a problem parking 4 cars in the space) and does not offer food. At least 4 families came to the bar while we were waiting for our room asking for food. If, like me, you might want a sandwich with a few chips for lunch, or relax with a drink after a night out this hotel is not for you. I would say that this is far from a full service hotel

Zoek het maar zelf uit als je een groot probleem hebt!
Pros:

Kamer en ontbijt

Cons:

Service gerichtheid ontbrak volledig bij de receptie. Na 5 nachten verblijf, bleek na het uitchecken, de reis naar huis niet mogelijk door uitval Eurostar. Voor het boeken van 2 extra nachten moesten we ons 3 keer op een ander tijdstip melden bij de receptie, met uiteindelijk het koele zakelijke bericht dat er geen kamer beschikbaar was. Alleen de presidentiële suite voor 750 pond per nacht. Verder geen enkele hulp. Schande, als je als hotel in deze situatie zo met gasten omgaat.
