Pros:

The room was nice, the cleaning staff was efficient

Cons:

The prices in general don't seem fair to me.
Better customer care would be appreciated.
The turkish bath was an oven and nobody ran it

Great hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, extremely good service and staff!
Pros:

The staff were wonderful! So friendly! Every one of them were professional and so willing to help. Anish was so helpful and kind as were all of the staff.

Pros:

Location super bella
Cibo ottimo e splendidamente servito con staff al ristorante del ground floor veramente dolce e disponibile
Staff della SPA anche molto gentile

Cons:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we thought it was fantastic value for money.
Pros:

Staff, facilities and grounds were excellent. Only criticism was that we could hear dogs barking at night, which interrupted our sleep. This was not a fault of the hotel. The Pool was not in use, however the gym, and Spa were first class.

Cons:

Dogs barking at night for a few hours. There were short intermittent power cuts.
