Pros:

Super lokalizacja, czysto, przestronny pokój

Cons:

Brak szwedzkiego stołu tylko pakowanie jedzenia w pudełka, malutki basen, nieszczelne okna, brak kosmetyków w łazience.

Apartament dobrze urządzony świetna lokalizacja jak ktoś chce być blisko centrum. Polecam

Cons:

Basen to większą wanna na zdjęciu wygląda zdecydowanie lepiej niż na żywo. Sauna też bardzo mała. Widok z pokoju na ulicę i główny plac.

Cons:

Odstający dywan już poklejony prowizorycznie niestety dziecko mi się wywróciło bo odstawał …. Suszarka na pranie też była zepsuta nie chodziła sauna sucha przez cały pobyt oraz jacuzzi.

A stressful and disappointing stay with poor communication, maintenance issues, and unacceptable standards throughout.

Cons:

Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The apartment is located on one of the busiest main roads in Zakopane, with constant traffic noise. Several maintenance issues made the stay uncomfortable: the balcony doors wouldn’t shut, there was no light in one bedroom until we requested a bulb replacement, blinds were broken in one bedroom leaving no natural light, and the fridge door had no handle. The sofa bed was also broken and very difficult to use.

Cleanliness was below standard. The bedding and sheets were stained, and the mattress was not properly covered as the sheet was too small. The swimming pool was misleading and more like a large bath given the number of guest having access to it, there was also no changing facilities. They expected you to come in your swimsuit despite it being in a different building, no swimming pool towels were provided.

Breakfast arrangements were unacceptable. Although we paid for breakfast, there was no communication about it. We had to call to arrange it ourselves. It was left by the door with no drinks provided — no coffee, juice, or even water.

Communication with the company was poor throughout. On arrival day, we were told to message 30 minutes before arrival, but received no response when we did. After arriving, we had to call again and were informed the contact person was at least 40 minutes away. We were told to collect keys from security and then wait in the apartment for him to complete check-in, which included signing a lengthy contract full of terms and conditions in very small print.

The check-out process was equally complicated, requiring us to contact the company again the day before departure. We were later told to leave the keys with security as the representative could not attend. The entire process was unnecessarily stressful and required multiple calls and arrangements just to check in and out.

Ez a szállás abszolut felül van értékelve.Ezért az árért nem ezt vártuk,túl árazott!!Az ágyon a matrac kényelmetlen ,ki van feküdve az ágy reccsent éjszaka arra ilyedtünk fel.Nappaliban a kanapé nem alvásra való szintén kifeküdve,az erkély ajtók nem jól zárodnak a szálláson hideg van.A fürdő ami miatt foglaltuk le ezt a szállást egyszer sem tudtuk használni az itt tartozkodásunk alatt,mert mint a hering party olyan volt.6 főre foglaltunk,de csak 1 autónak kaptunk parkolót a másikkal meg valamelyik utcában ahol folyamatosan fizetnünk kellett érte.Abszolut nem ajánlom ezt a szállást.

Bardzo ładny apartament.

Cons:

Basen w osobnym budynku. Jeszcze nie zdążyliśmy wyjść z pokoju a już nad głową stała Pani sprzątająca. Ja rozumiem że doba kończy się o 11 ale żeby aż tak wywierać presję na gościach żeby opuścili pokój. Sama pracowałam w hotelu 15 lat i nigdy tak nie traktowaliśmy gości.

Podobała nam się lokalizacja, winda, parking podziemny i apartament (było czysto i wszystko działało) ogólnie mieszkanie polecam

Cons:

Woda w basenie była brudna (mętna coś w niej pływało) po krótkiej kąpieli dzieci swędziała skóra, podłoga w przebieralni brudna i dalej w części basenowej również miała wiele do życzenia. Na placu zabaw brakowało zjeżdżalni. Części wspólnej SPA/BASEN/SAUNA nie chciał bym więcej w życiu powtórzyć. Stanowczo nie polecam

Poloha vynikajúca, wellness plný ľudí a maličký, čiže ten bol len "pro-forma", inak príjemné :)

Raňajky výborné, priestranná izba, avšak dosť prefukoval chlad akoby popod tie veľké okná.

Cons:

teplota v izbe, niekoľko zlomených roštov na jednej z postelí
