Pros:

What a perfect place! Nice restaurant and bar too. Oh and don’t forget the coffee shop! Very nice and comfortable place at a great spot in the city.
Only one warning: uber is not very keen on going there. Taxi a taxi, probably faster.

Location in Santa Teresa is great (taxis can drop off right outside), bed was comfy and some of the restaurant staff were really nice and helpful.
They have somewhere you can leave luggage but it didn't feel secure.

Cons:

Room was TINY. shutters on window did not open so we couldn't get any natural light. The convenient restaurant downstairs doesn't serve breakfast...
We had an emergency one evening and contacted the WhatsApp number on the gate, the responses were completely unhelpful and WEIRD. I was sent videos of the man and kissing emojis etc, to think people like that potentially had access to our room made me uncomfortable. If I had bene travelling as a solo female I would have checked out of the hotel.
Street noise is LOUD. On Saturday until after 3am.

Pros:

Quarto confortável e cama boa! Bom atendimento!

Cons:

O quarto tinha uma pequena inclinação, que me deixou um pouco tonta. A luz estava com problema e ficava piscando. Não possui cafe da manhã, mas tem disponível do lado.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms exactly as pictured, right in the heart of the Santa Teresa which is a vibrant, colourful neighborhood. The rooms were quiet and could not hear outside noise from the street or restaurants. The host was always around on site in case anything was needed. The restaurant below is absolutely fantastic! I will definitely go back and highly recommend this property.

Hospedagem incrível em Santa Teresa!
Pros:

O quarto é lindo! Exatamente como mostrado nas fotos. As roupas de cama são de muita qualidade. Super macias! Tudo muito estiloso e bem decorado. E a localização é incrível. Bem no Largo dos Guimarães, próximo aos principais pontos de interesse do bairro. As janelas de vidro também funcionaram bem como uma barreira anti-ruido (já que o quarto fica bem de frente para a rua e para os pontos de bonde).

Cons:

O ar condicionado e o chuveiro do nosso quarto não funcionaram bem. O ar, não estava refrigerando plenamente. E o chuveiro elétrico, só estava esquentando na posição "super quente".
