快適でした。
Pros:

立地がよく、室内も綺麗で快適でした。
8階でしたが、水圧も問題なく使えました。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の扉と冷蔵庫を入れてる扉が逆開きだったので、使うのに少しめんどくさかったですが、大きな問題ではありません。

布団が心地よく、クッションも2種類あって自分のあった高さで眠れた。

Cons:

4泊したが、3日（3泊後）に1回の清掃だったこと。
この場合、何にしても1回は清掃に入るのだから、自分で入ってもらいたい日を決めさせてもらいたかった。

自分の場合、2泊後に清掃に入ってもらえないかをお願いしたができないと言われてしまった。
