友人に会うのに都合がいい場所を選んだのですが、泊まった感想は普通でした。
Pros:

全体的に清潔感があったのは良かった。
コーヒー、緑茶など欲しいものを、欲しいだけ頂けたのは良かった。

Cons:

このホテルを友人と待ち合わせ場所にしましたが、フロント階にあるcafeが使えないのは残念だった。
働ける従業員の問題もあるかもしれませんが、自動販売機などを置いたりして、飲み物を提供できるようにしてくれたらいいと思いました。

大満足です
Pros:

建物もお部屋も全て綺麗で清潔でした。お部屋もしずかで快適に過ごすことができました。広いし設備も整っていて大満足です。また泊まりたいです。

以前使用したのもあり、場所も近くてリーズナブルなので再度使わせて頂きました。三宮駅から5-10分ですが、元町やメリケンパークなども徒歩で歩ける距離なので便利です。 ホテルスタッフさんの接客は普通でした。

Cons:

最初に通された場所がエアコンが壊れてて、 部屋が換気されてないのか臭いが少しありました。それ以外は部屋は綺麗に清掃されてました。清掃をするときにちゃんと調べてもらいたかったです。部屋があったので変えてもらいましたが、そこは問題なかったです。

チェックインした時に、帰る当日、荷物を預けるつもりだったのに、３日前に急遽全館工事になったそうで荷物が預けられないと聞かされました。 ホームページには記載されてたようですが、このサイトから部屋を取ったので、見てなかったのもあり、決まった時点でホテルからメールをして欲しかったです。
