It is a good location.. a bit pricey but good service.. and felt safe.
Pros:

Good location..staff is friendly and very helpful.
Lovely hospitality room for guests near front desk.
Elevator thank you.
Tea .. water ... facilities... place to sit if waiting to check in. use of communal fridge? Luggage storage for early arrivals.
Great restaurants closeby. One block or so to beach.
The area is clean .. feels safe.. good place to walk and explore .

Cons:

Room a bit expensive..you are definitely paying for the location. . Room looked a little dated and I did notice a hole in fabric on stool. Room was so hot but could not find thermostat. I was boiling first day. On 2nd day i think it was found by friend or staff.
But i actually had to open the door to cool the room down.

Pros:

그냥 일반 모텔입니다. 성수기라 그런지 가격에 비해 숙소가 별로입니다. 상세내용과 실제 숙박의 컨디션이 다릅니다.(더블침대2개로 표기되었으나 침대1개) 늦게 체크인을 해서 그런지 그냥 남는방을 준거 같습니다. 컨디션에 대한 컴플레인으로 다음날 1박 취소를 요청했지만 거절 당했습니다. 좀 아쉬운 숙박이였습니다.
