Cons:

I used to travel a lot and we always choose the expensive one stay as we like comfort on the trip. This time I booked almost the most expensive stay on Booking available in Dortmund but I was dissapointed a little. Early check-in wasn't possible, breakfast was very overpriced, heating system doesn't work when we came to the room. Overall hotel looks and feels good, but for 80 or 100 € per night per couple, not 210 €.

Das es eine Badewanne im Zimmer hatte

Wir kamen um 22:40 an,wollten von meinem Mann den Geburtstag feiern und als wir gegessen haben und gequatscht haben, waren wir müde und wollten schlafen und als wir ins bedecken wollten, haben wir Blutstropfen im Bettlaken ,sowie in beiden Kissen gefunden die ausgetrocknet waren.

Darauf hin wollten wir nicht mehr bleiben und dachten uns ,wir baden eben mal und das Wasser war extrem kalt und die Badewanne wird nicht voll das Wasser fließt weg.

Ich hab das angesprochen und uns wird vorgeworfen ,dass das Blut von uns sei und wir Schuld haben ,weil die das kontrolliert haben, was ich extrem unverschämt finde ,weil ja klar haben wir erst um circa 1:30 angerufen ,weil wir erst dann schlafen wollten und es entdeckt haben.

Bilder habe ich auch gemacht und die Uhrzeit steht auch mit drauf und man kann auch erkennen das das Blut vertrocknet und alt ist.

Ich finde es ziemlich ekelhaft und ziemlich unverschämt sowas mit zu erleben und das an einem besonderen Tag und dann der Highlight uns wird die Schuld gegeben.
Sowas muss unbedingt gemeldet werden!!!

Beim Ankommen war mein erster Eindruck erst mal positiv alles wirkte modern und einladend.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat:
In den Gardinen befanden sich tote Fliegen, und unter dem Bett war es nicht vollständig sauber. Die Toilette war separat, sehr schmal und klein – genauso wie die Dusche. Die Badewanne direkt am Bett machte zwar auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck, ist aber etwas unpraktisch.

Ich habe das Zimmer nur kurz genutzt, da wir auf ein Konzert gegangen sind und nicht übernachtet haben.

Besonders negativ: Im Nachhinein erhielt ich völlig überraschend eine Forderung über 500 € wegen angeblicher „Schäden“ bzw. eines angeblichen Verstoßes, ohne dass mir konkrete Beweise (Fotos, Messprotokolle etc.) vorgelegt wurden. Statt vernünftig zu kommunizieren, wurde direkt mit Inkasso gedroht – das empfinde ich als absolut überzogen und intransparent. Von einem professionellen Hotel hätte ich hier eine sachliche Klärung erwartet, keine pauschalen Drohungen.
