Für mich die beste Adresse wenn man in Dortmund übernachten will!!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)
Pros:

Ein super schönes und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, chic eingerichtete Zimmer teilweise mit Badewanne im Schlafzimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten aber das Beste am Aufenthalt war die persönliche Note und das sehr zuvorkommendes und sehr nettes Personal.

Stilvoll gehobenes Hotel mit noch höherem Service.
Pros:

Sehr gehobene Einrichtung in jedem Detail und mit Liebe zum Details. So auch der Service – auch außerhalb der offiziellen Zeiten.

Das WC war sehr klein! Gefühlt 1 m², also wer eng Räume meidet hat da schon echt ein Handicap!

Schönes Hotel aber schlechter bzw. kein Service

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön, das Bett ist bequem und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

Leider ist telefonisch niemand zu erreichen, auch nicht während der angegebenen Rezeptionszeiten. Auch der Rückrufservice hat nur bedingt mit einem Tag Verzögerung funktioniert. Generell ist der Check in per Automat smart, jedoch nicht wenn sich an der Buchung etwas ändert. Ich hatte ursprüngliche für 2 Nächte gebucht, konnte jedoch nur für die 2. Nacht anreisen. Das Frühstück kann an dem Automaten dazu gebucht werden, was ich auch getan habe. Jedoch ging ich davon aus, dass dies nur für die 2. Nacht ist, ein Blick auf die Rechnung hat gezeigt, dass das Frühstück für beide Nächte abgerechnet wurde. Das Hotel ist leider nicht zu erreichen und beim Check out war auch niemand da.
