Pros:

Chambre très propre, bonne literie, choix au petit déjeuner, bien centré pour nos activités que nous voulions faire
Accès aux bus gratuitement grâce aux ticino tickets et qui donnent des réductions sur certains sites valables du check in au check out, ça c est très bien car vu le prix des parkings (15CHF par jour pour celui de l hôtel, autant essayer de faire en bus le max pour ne pas repayer des parkings ailleurs)

Cons:

Le personnel pour un 4 étoiles qui ne parle absolument pas français mais on a réussi à se faire comprendre grâce à un peu d anglais et un traducteur ! (Sensation que les Français ne sont pas trop aimés, certainement nationalité minoritaire dans la région, la Suisse étant pourtant limitrophe à la France)
Le salé du petit déjeuner un peu insipide (je pense pour que ça plaise au plus grand nombre, et aux différentes nationalités) pour avoir séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels avec moins d étoiles, le déjeuner n est pas exceptionnel mais ce n' est que mon avis !

Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, ruhig und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und von hoher Qualität. Die Lage ist ideal, um Locarno, Ascona und die Umgebung des Lago Maggiore zu erkunden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Pros:

Pješice se može za cca pola sata na Piazzu Grande u Locarno ili na lungolago u Asconu (odatle preporučam izlet brodom na otočić Brissago, 30€). Odmah preko puta recepcije je ulaz u supermarket s kojim se dijeli parking. Doručak je sasvim OK, a zadovoljni smo bili i večerom.

Cons:

Soba je skromna za objekt koji nosi značku Hilton. Velik je bio samo TV. Nema ni ormar!

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in allen Bereichen übertroffen.
Pros:

Wir wurden von sehr freundlichem und kompetentem Personal betreut. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, geräumig und makellos sauber. Das reichhaltige Frühstück war hervorragend und liess keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war bestens und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
