Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir waren eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig, das Frühstück lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt einige Läden in der Nähe, aber sonst ist nichts los - aber kein Problem mit der Busanbindung. Die Mitarbeitenden sehr hilfsbereit.

Personal freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber, gute Anbindung an Buslinien

Cons:

Frühstück ist leider nur unterer Standard, Waffeleisen nur an 1 von 3 Tagen verfügbar, Rührei wird lang abgestellt und ist dann ggf. alt und trocken, Gurken und Tomaten schon am frühen Morgen ausgetrocknet, keine Brötchen, sondern Brote von denen man sich ein Stück abschneidet, wird aber nicht von allen Gästen hygienisch durchgeführt.
TV-Programm im Frühstücksraum besteht teils aus fragwürdigen Anime-Serien die nicht wirklich kindgerecht sind, fraglich ob die TV überhaupt laufen müssten. Sehr viele unsaubere Teller im Stapel.

Pros:

Es war sehr alles sauber, modern und zentral gelegen. Direkt vor der Türe eine Bushaltestelle (nach Locarno und Ascona). Unkomplizierter Check-in. Ruhig in der Nacht.

Cons:

Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden.

Super Ausstattung, tolle Zimmer, neu und gepflegt

Cons:

Wir wurden ganz unfreundlich von Angela an der Rezeption empfangen. Unprofessionell und untragbar für so ein gutes Hotel. Das hatte für uns einen ziemlichen Nachgeschmack während des Aufenthalts. Die restlichen Mitarbeitenden waren super freundlich.
