Pros:

Localização ótima, conforto..

Cons:

A limpeza deixou a desejar..achei vários cabelos de mulher na roupa de cama...e como gostamos de fazer comida em casa, havia poucos utensílios de cozinha. Mas no geral e ótimo o flat.

Flat mais bonito que já loquei
Pros:

A decoração do flat é incrível, a atenção dos responsáveis com as demandas que surgiram foi exemplar.

Cons:

Durante a estadia, o flat passou por um período de falta de energia, o que não tem nada a ver com o flat ou o condomínio pq faltou luz no bairro todo, foi dada muita atenção por parte dos responsáveis a respeito disso tbm, então não deixaram a desejar em nada.

You are better of with a real hotel
Cons:

The swimming pool were closed without any warning. The kitchen had very few utensils and of really bad quality. The chairs, the sofa and the panels were all full of dirt.

After the booking and a few days before arrival we were informed that there would be no cleaning during our stay nor change of towels or anything.

Pros:

Excelente a acomodação. Automatizada com Alexa, bem limpa, organizada e bem equipada com tudo que você precisa para uma hospedagem. Um dos melhores Flat do edifício. Já fiquei em outros flats do edifício, acreditando que teria a mesma qualidade e foi extremamente decepcionante. Extremamente limpo e higienizado.

Pros:

Me surpreendi com tamanho detalhes pensado e carinho fui recebida na recepção. Cordialidade anfitrião tb atender quando não sabia localização foi atencioso e solicito . Já coloquei para amigos minha avaliação. E logo logo estarei de volta . Gosto muito de hotel pela praticidade , mas super gostei tb.

Cons:

A garagem para meu carro me deu pouco de trabalho , pois carro alto e largo corredor/rampa dá medinho errar mão e acabar danificando carro ou corredor . Mas coisa nem lembrei só na sair , pois localização muito próxima carro ficou na garagem do cheguei até voltar .
