The receptionist denied the booking at the time we wanted to check in

This hotel is not up front or honest, staff very rude. #1 hotel only takes Indian guest but not posted anywhere on the sites
#2 you told to pre pay, but when get there asked for more money happed to India people while I was waiting for them to try figure out my issue.
#3 they have 2 listing on booking.com same hotel so call one is Oyo, other delights but if you look would see same building photo as well only one hotel in are 😂😂.
#4 had to threaten to call police as at first only told me deal with booking.com for my refund & there policy ? As this was hostel fault 💯..
#5 you don't pay via booking.com but Oyo rooms so they make it so next to impossible to blame or get a refund as both companies will reference you to the other.
#6 if I paid by QR pay owner offered to refund but as they know they can't pay to non-india account is a lie just so police would agree he tried.
#7 over all from time I walked in to rude staff not only to me but as well other guest that came in ,
#8 only thing front guest did was call boss or owner hand me the phone.. deal with him , he some what tried but mostly just reference me to bookings sites & said I go a different hotel .
#9 since it's dark on a bicycle 🚲, traffic time very unsafe for me, no near by options, not being told ahead of time from my question on request ..
#10 Over all I would be very very careful booking this place 💯 I don't recommend..!
