It is all about warm hospitality
Pros:

The warm and hospitality of the staff . Highly appreciating the effort of the staff manager the receception staff finance and Ahmet.
The cleanliness of the hotel is fully achieved .thanks a lot to the cleaning lady on the sixth and seventh floor.
The sea view is breath taking.
The hotel is in the center of many beautiful areas in Istanbul, and very easy to reach

Emplacement incroyable. Chambre tout confort et très propre. Restaurant de l'hôtel est magique, tout est excellent.

AMAIZING!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war aussergewöhnlich gut. Das absolut Beste am Hotel waren jedoch die Mitarbeiter. Diese waren immer gut gelaunt, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Alleine schon wegen den Leuten würde ich die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen. Ein absolutes "hervorragen" und riesiges Dankeschön an die Leute von der Reception, den Hotelmanager und das restliche Personal!!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war bei uns inbegriffen und trotzdem haben wir es nur einmal genutzt. Fand ich vorallem für türkische Verhältnisse nicht sehr speziell.
