O vacanță reușită
Pros:

Amplasarea hotelului este perfectă pentru a facilita accesul la cele mai importante puncte de atracție din Istanbul, precum și la orice tip de mijloc de transport în comun( autobuze, tramvai, metrou, feribot). Se afla la o aruncătură de băț de Podul Galata, de a cărui vedere ne-am bucurat în fiecare seară de la fereastra camerei. Personalul este foarte bine pregătit, amabil și oricând gata să te ajute cu orice ai avea nevoie. Curățenie exemplară și în general o atmosfera foarte plăcută în tot hotelul. Micul dejun este pentru toate gusturile. Mulțumim pentru ospitalitate!

الموقع والاطلاله فقط

الموظفين جدا مستغلين كل شي وقت ما وصلت سئلت في موقف قال ايوه مقابل 25 يورو ووقت جيت استلم السياره لقيتها في الشارع تحت كبري
واستلمتها اليوم الثاني انا وقفتها في مواقف للسيارات واخذو نص المبلغ الي دفعته للفندق ووقت ألخروج قالو لازم مبلغ المواقف يكون كاش مافي بطاقه واضح انه المبلغ لعمال وليس للفندق وانا ما مان عندي كاس قالو حولها على حسابي الشخصي وتم التحويل جدا سئيه المعامله يستغلون كل شي ويبغون ينهبون منك اي شي ما انصح بالسكن فيه نهائيا

Pros:

Great location and super friendly staff. Eren and Harun at the front desk were so helpful in helping us navigate the city and helped with travel arrangements as well. Wonderful view of the Bosphorus from the restaurant terrace

Cons:

The 30 euro breakfast is terrible and definitely not worth getting

Pros:

Отличный менеджер отеля- Sedat вежливо встретил, быстро заселил, заказал сразу трансфер обратно. Также забронировал ужин в ресторане на террасе с отличным видом и вкусной едой.Очень удобное расположение от всех достопримечательностей.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Momento Hotel in Istanbul.
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the care and support we received when our baby daughter became sick during our stay. The hotel staff including the GM himself went above and beyond by helping us get to the hospital and staying with us to make sure everything was okay. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern meant so much to us during a stressful time.

We are very grateful for their outstanding hospitality and support. A special thanks to Serdar, Fatih, Sedat, Sinan and the entire team for making us feel safe and cared for.

We highly recommend Momento Hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
