Perfect Location, Excellent Hotel !!!
Pros:

Location was perfect, very close to the Galata Bridge and Galata Tower. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast room was on the top floor with a wonderful view of beautiful Istanbul.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like.

Ubicacion super buena, para hacer la mayoria caminando. La vista desde el rooftop hermosa
Desayuno excelente.
INCREIBLE la atencion del personal! Siempre dispuestos, ofrecen tours, recomendaciones y todo para que la pases excelente! Sedat fué de mucha ayuda durante nuestra estadia

Our floor stunk of smoke.
The room is outdated. Very small.
Breakfast buffet needs more attention. It lacks freshness and was disappointing.
The street that the hotel is on is a shock! Not an ideal street..

Rundum gelungenes Aufenthalt
Pros:

Hotel liegt sehr gut. Von IST habe ich ca. Stunde mit der U-Bahn gebraucht. Die Einrichtung ist Zeitgemäß und in einem guten Zustand. Personal ist sehr freundlich und erklärt gerne alles. Ich habe das Zimmer mit dem Meerblick gebucht und die Aussicht war ganz toll, vor allem bei Nacht. Fenster sind gut isoliert, so dass man vom Verkehrslärm so gut wie gar nichts mitbekommt. Das Frühstück fand ich gut und türkischer Kaffee hat mir auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Preis/Leistung stimmt, aus meiner Sicht. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung.

We were only there for a short time, but roof top restaurant and bar were very welcome after a long trip.

2nd time staying in a month !!
Pros:

My 2nd time staying this month and it feels like home when im in Istanbul. The staff are super friendly, sea view room is amazing, and the dinner and breakfast on the terrace upstairs has the best view in Istanbul. Love this hotel.

Location is perfect.
Staff was super attentive.
Very good breakfast with an outstanding view from the rooftop bar.
We were offered a free cab for our next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience we experienced. It would have been better to receive that attention at the time of payment and not next time, which, honestly, I doubt will happen.

Cons:

The rooms are designed with a window separating the bathroom from the room itself, with a blind intended to block the light, though it is unclear why, as it adds little practical value.
In our first room, this blind was not working, meaning that anyone using the bathroom during the night would flood the room with light.
On top of that, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell every day.
Staff moved us to a new room quickly, which was appreciated, however the shower door in the new room did not close properly, making it difficult to avoid water spreading across the entire bathroom floor.
The air conditioning at the rooftop was not working for two consecutive days during breakfast, which at 30 degrees is far from enjoyable.
ALso the electricity experienced small outages during the morning, which they claimed is normal behaviour.
Either the overall price for the stay could improve or the infrastructure.

Great location & staff
Pros:

Amazing location. Eren who worked as the bell boy was so friendly and assisted us with any questions we had and gave us local insider tips. He was the best. I’d return just because of how nice and accommodating he was with us.
The restaurant on the rooftop is a must try.

Cons:

Our room was a lot smaller than we thought it would be from the photos. The bed was the perfect size, but the area with the couch felt cramped.

Pros:

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous in every aspect: it's location which was the best for us as visitors (near Bosphorus, Golden Horn, Galata Bridge and Galata Tower), it's cleanliness, it's modernity and it's capacity to make the guests feel very confortable. The room was big enough, nice and very confy, the confortable bed was all we needed after long walks in İstanbul, the bathroom was clean and well equipped, the breakfast was delicious and varied from day to day, the rooftop restaurant was spectacular and had tasty and elegant dishes on the menu. But above all, we loved three "things" which made our little holiday unforgettable: the amazing view from our room and from the restaurant were we had breakfast every morning, the professionalism and friendship of the entire staff - they were allways smiling and willing to help (we would like to thank them and especially to Mr. Sedat) and the good friend we had there every morning - the lovely seagull Bekir.
