breafast was okay, the stuff is very very helpful and supportive, the suite it very nice, it even has the same hot water as the hot springs nearby, i loved the upper floor's little wooden floor space for yoga or tea ceremony.
the pool needs to clean better / more frequently, there is music from the neighbourhood on the evening ca until 10pm and in the eary morning again, but it's not unbearable, just it is present in the air...
amazing staff, lovely room and beds, amazing bathroom, with local thermal water / hot spring water and tub, nice pool to chill also and a second floor wooden open space for yoga practice, tea ceremony also available there. breakfast is basic but good.

High fence to make sure i can shower naked in the garden, also ensures there is very little view on the mountains
Superbe resort. Petite villa très bien équipée pour 4 avec sa piscine privée. Personnel aux petits soins, toujours disponible et souriant. Prêt à rendre service dés que nécessaire. Un peu à l'écart donc location de scooter préférable. (ce que fait le resort)

Por la noche los días que estuvimos que han sido 4 dias de agosto, hay ruido de fiestas locales, y animales en general, miles de gallos cantando a las 4 de la mañana, en el baño hay cortinas blancas da a la habitación, entonces cuando dale el sol te despiertas por la claridad

the villa was beautiful but the hot water spring didn’t work in the master bedroom, the locks are broken so i didn’t feel comfortable at night even though they have security overnight. the breakfast to the room was really nice and the staff was there all the time to help you with anything you need. they referred some people for spa and activities but i will still do my own research on get the guide or trip advisor for even better prices! it’s like 15-20 minutes away from the main city area pemuteran which is where all the nice restaurants and hang out area is for tourist. we picked this spot to catch up on sleep and relax so that was cool but food options are limited aside from breakfast.
i’m not rewriting the top so just read above but sparknotes: broken locks, hot tub not working, far from good food and tourist activities minus menjangan island which is soooo beautiful

The hot shower was not working. the breakfast was very, very basic. The 2 double rooms were actually part of just ONE villa. So if it's not your friends/family in the second room you will have NO privacy and NO kitchen and NO dining table.

Having a private hot spring spa in the bathroom was great.
The staff was really warm and friendly, and they prepared a birthday cake for my daughter's 14th birthday.
It was a real cringe moment for her when they sang the famous song, but still much appreciated.
No vegetarian, American or Continental breakfast available as had been advertised on booking.com, only Indonesian nasi goreng or mie goreng.
This was the reason we booked this accommodation, as we were tired of Indonesian food.
The property management was only reachable by phone and explained that this is a new property and staff can only cook local food. When we explained that the breakfast options are advertised in two different locations on the property's booking.com listing, they called the booking.com rep. This lady explained that it was "an error". She rectified the mistake immediately online, but we had paid in advance and could not cancel our booking without losing our full payment. We feel cheated by booking.com.
I was told that the property is only 6 months old, but some small things have already fallen into disrepair, like the window blinds and most importantly the door locks. There was no way to lock both the front door and the room doors of the villa, and staff kept coming in unannounced. They were very friendly, but lacked the english language skills to understand our repeated requests for more privacy.
Peaceful place with nice facilities such as wonderful japanese toilet n natural hot spring water.. the villa construction is well built.. super like it..
