Pros:

Ottima posizione centralissima. Colazione buona.

Cons:

Parti comuni della struttura poco curate e abbandonate a se stesse.
Durante le 4 notti di soggiorno non hanno mai cambiato la biancheria, svuotato i cestini, pulito la stanza e rifornito il bagno del necessario (carta igienica che abbiamo dovuto chiedere e che ci hanno dato dopo svariate ore di solleciti).
Ottimo potenziale mal veramente poco sfruttato adeguatamente.
È un vero peccato.
Non ci tornerei.

The best experience
Pros:

Absolutely incredible! Do NOT look anywhere else for a cave hotel in Goreme - the value and quality of this place were incredible. The weather wasn’t great when we were in Cappadocia and not only was that fine becausee we had a gorgeous cosy suite to relax in, but the staff gave us umbrellas, recommended things for us to do & gave us free water! The breakfast was a small buffet of Turkish classics and absolutely perfect for what you want. The room we had was huge & so was the bathroom - it was the perfect temperature! We changed our flight last minute to see the balloons so we’re scrambling to find a transfer and the hotel helped us, again, at like 9pm the night before! Just amazing & will recommend to everyone! I can’t believe the price we paid for 3 nights!

Gran experiencia, repetiria
Pros:

La habitación era espaciosa y muy bonita. El personal fue muy atento y nos ayudo en todo, incluso reservamos el paseo en globo con ellos. Nos dejaron usar el parquing gratis.

Cons:

La única sugerencia que le daria al hotel seria poner un calefactor en el baño ya que por las mañanas hacia bastante frio despues de la ducha.

Pros:

Göreme Escape Cave is the perfect escape! Our suite was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. Tarik is a friendly, funny, and welcoming host who gave us nice advice for activities in Cappadocia. He also kindly let us keep our suitcases at the reception area since we had an evening bus to catch.

Bonus: Luna the dog is also very adorable :)

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard for our taste, and the jets in the bathtub had a strange smell, but we still enjoyed it!

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich super. Auch das Personal war sehr nett, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit – ein großes Plus!
Das Zimmer war optisch schön, allerdings nicht besonders komfortabel. Leider rieselte immer wieder etwas von der Decke direkt auf das Bett, was ziemlich störend war. Auch die Betten selbst waren schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen. Zudem roch es aus dem Abfluss unangenehm.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Frühstück, das sehr gut war, sowie der weiterhin tolle Service durch das Personal.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, mit einigen deutlichen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im Zimmerbereich.

Ήταν παρά πολύ θερμός ο χώρος. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό, γεγονός που σου έκανε την διαμονή ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη!
