Right in the heart of Goreme so really good place to get out, grab something to eat or drink, or even explore new areas.
even though the staff would clean the room; bcs of the cave style, dust would fall from the roof onto your bed and everywhere. not nice
Location is good as it's near to all the restaurants and minimarket.
For the price (€125 for 3N including breakfast) it's good value for money.
The lady at the restaurant is very welcoming and kind.
On the 2nd day the heater in our room stopped working and the receptionist changed our room and gave us the bigger room which is much better.
If you're booking there better book for the bigger room.
Room is of extra small size. Shower cabin has no sliding door so water splashes a lot and the shower cabin and bathroom also is extra small.

The location is perfect as it is not super loud and busy, yet still very close to the town center where all the activity is. The rooms a clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly all round.
The included breakfast menu does not seem to change, but I cannot complain as it was delicious every morning.
Standort vom Hotel ist top. Zufuß alles sehr gut zu erreichen.
Hotel Service. Im Zimmer gab es erstmal keine Seife. Es wurde kein Wasser vor die Tür gestellt, wieso vor die Tür? Weil sie nicht angeklopft haben oder versucht haben das Zimmer sauber zu machen. Wir waren zu sehr kalten Tagen dort, trotz Schnee wurde die Anlage nicht gereinigt und die Treppen waren zugeschneit und sehr rutschig.

We loved the rooms and the location. Very spacious and beautiful to watch/stay in. The staff was also excellent. We had experienced an issue with getting to Göreme and they went above and beyond to help us.
Awesome staff, awesome location and friendly service - the little dog Luna and the cat Margaret was exceptional and kept Ultrasound entertained - I will definitely visit again and will refer my friends to stay at the same location.

The safe in the room was not working. The shower heads were broken and leaked in both the rooms we used - other than these two issues the stay was perfect
