The location is very close to Uitm Seremban 3, close to Rasah, a place to buy things, family mart, zus, kk mart are all close. Within 5 minutes, there are restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops just below the hotel. There are many restaurants around, there is also a kfc, if you want to go to Seremban city, it is also close in 10-15 minutes. I really like the room which is very comfortable, the android tv has stories you can watch. The staff is very friendly and soft spoken, the hotel has an elevator which is easy to lift bags, the hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, I give it 10 stars. Worth the price.

Cons:

The room was smelly when we arrived. Luckily there was a large window we used to ventilate the room.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Pros:

the place is indeed very convenient for my husband's Sound training Centre and around the area is convenient to cari makan. the room is clean too but there are 2 or 3 long hairs that i found and the staff are kind to give me a broom and dustpan to sweep my room.

Pros:

EV charging available. Room is actually very clean even though the facilities are really basic. You have hot water, a basic no-frills bed, a dressing table, air-con, and drinking water. Ironing facility available along the corridor (shared).

Cons:

Hotel does not have credit card payment facility. Had to pay via bank transfer and place a refundable deposit using cash only. As a foreigner, I would have struggled to make payment without a local banking access. Room is basic. Lift was locked the next morning and I had to take the stairs down to the ground floor.
