Please note that this accommodations is the annex of Hotel Adula. Both properties are connected via an underground hall. Guests can use the spa area of Hotel Adula for an additional fee.

Every guest has free access to the spa until the check-out date at 11:30am. Afterwards a fee will be chargedGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet eine große Auswahl. Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar eher klein, aber sehr schön und perfekt zur Entspannung nach dem Skifahren.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Besonders positiv ist die vorhandene Tiefgarage, die etwas versteckt hinter dem Haus liegt. Die Einfahrt ist nur mit der Zimmerkarte möglich, daher muss man zuerst einchecken - danach funktioniert alles problemlos. Auch die E-Ladestation ist ein großes Plus, sie lässt sich einfach über die Rezeption freischalten und hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Shuttle-Service zum und vom Lift. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und der Service insgesamt wirklich toll.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und waren ausgesprochen warm. Die Temperatur liess sich nicht runter regeln.

En underbar vistelse!
Pros:

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal, utmärkt frukost och fina faciliteter. De sympatiska chaufförerna som körde shuttlebussen till skidliften var väldigt hjälpsamma och varsamma i hanteringen av skidutrustning. Housekeeping städade två gånger dagligen och var alltid vänliga och lyhörda för våra behov. Trevliga lokaler, härligt spa och tysta rum med väldigt bekväma sängar.

Cons:

Det var komplicerat att dela nota i hotellets restauranger och möttes ibland av motvilja hos personalen. Det var kallt i Flims under vår vistelse och barn under 16 tilläts inte i bastun oavsett tid på dygnet.

Truly deserved 10/10, we loved it!
Pros:

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had – a fully deserved 10/10. If you are coming to Flims, this is the only place worth staying.

The hotel perfectly combines the atmosphere of a classic alpine retreat with a modern, elegant design. Everything feels thoughtful and refined, from the interiors to the overall ambiance. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful at every stage of the stay – genuinely warm, professional, and always attentive.

There are three or four different restaurants offering a wide variety of excellent cuisine. The food is delicious (not the cheapest, but absolutely worth it), and the breakfasts are outstanding. One of the main lobby restaurants even has a DJ playing soft, pleasant music from the morning – a unique and very enjoyable touch that adds to the atmosphere.

The spa area is superb: a proper swimming pool with warm water, a beautiful outdoor pool, and an excellent sauna section. It is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes.

The location is in quiet street, a bit on the side but the ski shuttle service is flawless. I mean it. It runs smoothly in both directions, with waiting times never longer than five minutes. It is incredibly convenient and well organized. In 3 minutes you're next to the ski lift and after long day of skiing you can feel like a VIP with private shuttle just after you take off your skies.

The hotel is great both for groups of friends and for families. There is a dedicated playroom and games area for children, which makes it very family-friendly.

Accommodation is available either in the main building or in Villa Soldanella, but there is absolutely no need to worry about that. Everything is connected by an underground corridor, and the whole solution is so well designed that you barely notice the difference.

I highly recommend this hotel and will happily return. An exceptional place in every sense with reasonable price as for Swiss Alps and such a quality.

Cons:

The only slightly odd aspect was the restaurant reservation system. One evening we came in and, despite many free tables, we were told we needed to make an “official” reservation and receive an online confirmation first. It felt a bit over-formal for the situation. When the restaurant was very busy, the staff seemed a little overwhelmed as well. That said, this is truly a minor detail compared to the overall quality of the experience and does not change the very positive impression of the hotel.

Alles Tipptopp, besonders herausgestochen hat der hoteleigene Skibus der den ganzen Tag fährt und der schöne Lobby-Bereich mit tollem Restaurant. Gerne wieder!!
