Please note that this accommodations is the annex of Hotel Adula. Both properties are connected via an underground hall. Guests can use the spa area of Hotel Adula for an additional fee.

Every guest has free access to the spa until the check-out date at 11:30am. Afterwards a fee will be chargedGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

Very well located, the hotel, and facilities like gym, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pools are amazing. We just had food jn the main restaurant and the food was delicious! Highly recommended and will definitely go back!

Splendid spa hotel
Pros:

Wonderful spa area and exceptional breakfast. Great location for hiking and a shuttle to the ski slopes.

Cons:

There’s three dinner restaurants. One was booked out the afternoon we got there. Not a negative but something to be aware of

Amazing hotel, we will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Amazing hotel. We stayed in the Annex Saldana but had access to all the facilities.
Shuttle bus was very convenient.
Spa area was one of the best I have seen.

Cons:

Restaurant was regularly booked out as due to a lack of restaurants in Flims, you need to pre-book or rely upon room service.

Een heel aangenaam verblijf, wij komen nog terug
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst, propere kamers, mooi zwembad, fitness en jacuzzi.
Goed gelegen met vlotte shuttle naar de lift.

Cons:

De restaurants waren redelijk prijzig. De kleine attenties in de kamer werden aangerekend hoewel dit niet duidelijke vermeld was.

Gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, vor allem ein netter Herr aus Basel, der sich stets hilfsbereit um alles gekümmert hat, auf Nachfrage extra Reis für unser Kind gekocht

Überhitze Zimmer, Fenster war kaputt (man konnte es nicht kippen), Chalet-Restaurant völlig überhitzt, Kinder-Menükarte etwas einseitig, dreckiger Boden an Schwimmbaddusche

Such a nice hotel. Shuttlebus runs all the time, food is good, room was nice, spa was great. Staff is very helpful and the hotel is beautifully decorated. Really good value for money!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Speziell schön für Spaziergänge im nahen Wald. Zum Caumasee zu Fuss 30 Min. Spielplatz max. 10 Min. Fussweg. Zu den Bergbahnen fährt ein Postauto - Bushaltestelle nahe erreichbar.
Poolanlage ist sehr schön.
Das Hotel und Anlage sind gepflegt und die Einrichtung lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist sehr lecker.
Wir haben für Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem nicht vom Schnee geräumten Aussenparkplatz entgegenkommenderweise länger im Zimmer bleiben können und mussten keine Gebühren zwei PP bezahlen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals!

Cons:

Für das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant muss man Zeit mitbringen. Bis die Bestellung aufgegeben werden kann dauert es eher länger (2x zu Abend gegessen) Muss Koordination des Service verbessert werden oder zu wenig Personal?
Im Winter ist der Aussenparkplatz nicht vom Schnee geräumt.

Pros:

Prachtige setting met luxe wellness en leuke lekkere vibes in de restaurants. Ook de shuttlebus naar pistes verliep super vlot. Kraaknette kamers en goede service!

Cons:

Verwarring en stress rond reservaties kamers en restaurants , alsook rekening van bar gekregen van meer dan 200 Zwitserse Frank die niet van ons was. Heel vriendelijke mensen wel aan receptie maar mindere taalkennis en verschillende teams zorgden voor enorme verwarring en bijhorende stress. Gelukkig werd uiteindelijk alles rechtgezet
