El personal súper atento y servicial.
El tamaño de la habitación.
El restaurante de la playa (Causaria) muy bien con espectáculo de fuego por la noche.
Servicio de habitaciones muy bien.
Servicio de lavandería gratuito.

Cons:

Necesita alguna actualización las habitaciones, pero si especialmente grave.
Un detalle que resta confort es la presión del agua de la ducha deficiente. Salía con poca presión para luego recuperarla.
A veces salía muy fría el agua para luego salir súper caliente que quemaba. Era incómoda la ducha así.

The staff were extremely polite and courteous.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were not clean and did not meet even basic hygiene standards. In addition, the photos displayed on the hotel’s website were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property. The hotel looked much older and less maintained than advertised.
