Hotel muy comodo y tranquilo, muy buena estancia, absolutamente recomendable

La piscina muy amigable, muy buen acceso a la playa. Habitaciones muy limpias y comodas. Desayuna variado y de buena calidad. Muy bien ubicado. Paisajismo y Arquitectura muy bello.

Cons:

Falta black out en la habitación. La piscina requiere remodelación sobre todo al piso. El servicio de comida en la piscina debe ser mejorado, no hay basureros. Hay que tener un mejor espacio para comer lunch en la zona de piscina /un restaurant de playa. El kids play room debe ser remodelado y ampliar la superficie. El Gimnasio también debe ser remodelado.

Stunning location, great breakfast.
Pros:

The outdoor pool and area and beach is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, the rooms were nice

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom especially needs some updating, a few chips and paint chips. The location is in a resort style complex, there is a shuttle but it barely runs it’s about 1.5km out of the resort area.

A comfortable stay filled with amazing staff
Pros:

Loads of facilities
The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face
On Bang Tao Beach which is amazing for a nice long walk on the sand
Close to the airport to make the most of the stay
Location is amazing if you are looking for a quiet getaway from any lively areas

Cons:

The decor seemed a bit dated in the room for a 5-star hotel
