L'hotel è molto bello, la reception è all' ultimo piano mentre le stanze sono ai piani inferiori. Comodissima la lavasciuga in camera, ci sono anche frigo e microonde. Servizio di spedizione bagagli efficente. Vista meravigliosa dalla reception con caffè e acqua gratuiti!

Cons:

Non avere la reception all' ingresso toglie un po' di calore alla struttura.

Pros:

The hotel staff was really lovely, just amazing people. The hotel itself is located close to many hotspots in Osaka. We spent our time between trips and exploration in the lobby, which is really nice. Overall I would totally recommend this hotel.

Location OK, room OK, no cleaning until day 6 REALLY BAD
Pros:

The location is OK, its a 7-9 min to a metro station with very long hallways. the room is very mediocre but its standar for Japan. They had a Gym and they had a coffee machine in the lobby in the 18th floor.

Cons:

I did not like that they do not clean your room until a week. thats just not ok, i understand 2 days but a week its too much. I would not stay there if I come back.
