The staff was friendly.
The room is dusty. They have fake plants above the bed which is full of dust. They also have a headboard with light and that’s also dusty which I ended up cleaning. Try not to trip anything under the bed, that’s also very dusty.
We had a wonderful stay at Tokyu Stay Osaka Hommachi. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to travel from one attraction to another using the nearby train stations. There are also many amazing amenities around the hotel, including convenience stores, restaurants, cafés, and shopping spots, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were practical and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We especially appreciated the drinks machine and the self-service toiletries area, which were both easily accessible and convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for a relaxing stay after a long day of exploring Osaka.

Near Metro Station, easy walk to Dotonbori & other sights, good starting point for excursions.
Windows cannot be opened (not even a little bit) & wifi connection in the room was quite bad.

Coffee free every morning. The room was bigger than other hotels from the same chain. The fact that the reception is in the 18th floor with a view. The personnel was over the chart. The troubles with the English language were always covered by the effort and the simpathy of the crew.
