Pros:

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, Art Hotel Kashima offers spacious renovated rooms and very comfortable bedding. I especially enjoyed the pillows, which helped me get an excellent night’s sleep.

Cons:

However, the breakfast selection was more limited than I expected.

Pros:

Amazing room for a family of 5 (5 beds AND lots of space!). Nice onsen experience. Conveniently located around many stores and restaurants. Great place for us given that we were attending a wedding in Kashima but is far from Tokyo if you were wanting to use it as a jumping off point for the city. The bus ride to Tokyo station is very convenient though- picks you up at the hotel and basically goes directly to Tokyo station with one brief stop. Trip is about 1.5h.

シーツ以外はとても良かったです
Pros:

全体的に清潔感があり、部屋が広くて、温泉施設が使えるところが良かったです。
また利用したいと思います。

Cons:

シーツの腰あたりに靴跡がクッキリあったので、タオルを敷いて寝ました。

良かった。
Pros:

立地は良かった。朝食も良かった。

Cons:

部屋に掃除後のタオルが、丸めて置きっぱなしだった。ベッド付近にコンセントがないのでとても不便だった。

駐車場にホテル宿泊者と看板に追加するか？
Pros:

千葉県佐原や犬吠埼や成田の旅行に使わせていただきました。
ホテルは茨城県ですが、千葉県より宿泊代金も茨城県はお安く、それほど遠くなく便利でした。隣接の天然温泉♨️にも入れて大満足。家族4人コネクティングルームで便利でした。

フロントの方の駐車場の案内が
『グルーと回って』だけで、回ると駐車場にはホテル利用者用とは書いてなく温泉利用と建物の施設利用者？用。2週回ってまたフロントに聞いた手間。ホテル利用者とは看板はないとの事でした。初めから看板にはホテル利用者とないけどホテル宿泊者停めれます。とかフロントに説明が欲しかったです。雨でしたので、荷物もらあり不便でした。
