I certainly wouldn’t call it a boutique hotel.
The cleaning wasn’t great - had to clean the skirting boards and edges/corners of the bathroom myself 🥴 The ground floor rooms I looked in all smelt of sewage (including my own) which was very off putting - reception just said to open a window, but clearly there is a problem with the drains as this has been mentioned by previous guests! I even bought bleach for the drains to try mask the smell.
Hotel generally tired - works being carried out in the internal outside seating area and tools left on the tables, including a sharp kitchen knife and Stanley blade etc 😳 Not very health & safety!!
During the 5 days I was there, I don’t think my room was cleaned once, nor towels or anything else replenished. Had to ask for everything, including drinking water.
