Super B and awesome staff
Pros:

all are nice specially the staffs and big shoutout with ms quinn she helped us a lot when we had an issue with our transport van to sapa and she was the one who coordinated with them directly and even booked grab for us and assist us during our stay in the hotel. Really appreciated all the efforts and kindness of everyone

Pros:

This hotel is located very centrally within the Old Quarter & is surrounded by attractions.
But by far, the enjoyment of the stay here was all due to the welcoming, accommodating staff who really went out of their way to assist their guests.
I would definitely recommend Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel to anyone looking to experience life in Hanoi.

Cons:

Hotel is heritage, but this adds to the charm and character.

I will highly recommend this place. It is near cafes, tourist places, and restaurants, and the walking distance makes it even more convenient. Lively neighborhood!

Pros:

Great staff. Tasty breakfast and very good location for going out, especially at night. Room was beautiful decorated and you get a nice letter on the bed with a greeting on your check in date.
