Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi

Absolutely amazing! We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, it is exactly as described and the location is perfect. But it was the staff who made our stay amazing. Ruby, Sophie, Ivy and Link went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help in any way they can. The atmosphere in reception was so friendly and welcoming, that it couldn’t help put a smile on your face. We booked tours and airport transportation with the hotel which made our experience even more perfect. Great value for money, could not recommend enough! Thank you to the lovely hotel and staff for a wonderful stay! We hope to stay again soon!

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen und trotzdem sind die Zimmer ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war super. Besonders toll war aber das Personal, die uns sicher noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben werden.

Everyone about this property is amazing! It has everything we need! The rooms are sooo beautiful and spacious and clean! The property is soo beautiful to look at!
The hotel itself is located in such an amazing spot! So close to everything! So many food options around and very close to train street ☺️☺️
The people working here are the most sweetest Vietnamese people you will ever meet! They honestly welcome into the hotel like family and as if they have known you for a long time! Always cared for us and made sure our stay was super comfortable and amazing!
Last time we stayed we were supported by Sophie and Ruby and they were honestly amazing with my sister and I! We love them soo much! Always making our day happier and more joyful 🥺🥺sooo professional but soo sweet and funny! But to be honest everyone that works here is just so beautiful!

Staff amazing greet you like an old friend they haven't seen for years every time you return to hotel. Booked all are forward travel and still booking travel for us even though we in Cat Ba no other hotel has ever done that for us in Vietnam . A special shout out to Ruby, Sophia and link who are so kind and full of useful information.

The property is soo clean and comfortable and has everything we need! Very spacious and beautiful. Very close to everything in the old quarter!
The people at reception make our day everyday. They are the best thing about this hotel! Sooo incredibly friendly and beautiful! Special mention to Ruby and Sophia, who helped make our stay extra special! Made us laugh soo much and were like our best friends.
Extra shoutout to the people in the kitchen, who were always sooo happy and always made us laugh with there dance moves!! Food from the kitchen was amazing 🥰🥰🥰

The room was very spacious and the staff was amazing!

They were incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was spotless, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back. They also took care of arranging our van transfers and organized wonderful tours to Ninh Binh and the Incense Village, which made the whole experience seamless. Thank you Ruby for arranging our stay here. Also to Linh who is very welcoming and speaks good english.

Everything was lovely, the rooms were not sound proofed but they were spread apart so not really a problem. The staff were amazing especially Sofia who made sure we were well looked after .

We traveled by ourself. The staff of Eliana Hotel make easy our travel with services as private cars, tips of places, laundry , etc. The staff team very helpful and always smile and easy to communicate.
We used a room with balcony, beautiful decoration and view, clean and good space.
Breakfast is very good with variety of foods.
Location is perfect, the best location, near to many attractions and we could walk to every place.
We would say thank you for all staff team, specially to Sophia and Ruby that was very close and makes the difference in the customer service and in our travel!
