Servicio excepcional. Muy atentos y detallistas. Quiero especialmente a la encargada Quinn y si equipo que nos atudaron con todo y nos hicieron muy comodo el check out.

L'amabilitat de tot el personal i el seu interès per fer-te sentir bé.
Les habitacions són àmplies i els llits molt confortables.
L'esmorzar és variat i, a més del bufet, tens opcions a la carta incloses amb el preu.
Està molt ben situat al barri antic de Hanoi: els voltants estan plens de botigues i restaurants.
T'ajuden a organitzar excursions pels voltants de Hanoi. Vsm fer una de dis dies/una nit a Ninh Binh que tenia un preu molt raonable i et permetia conèixer les principals atraccions d'aquesta zona.

Mi è piaciuta la stanza.
Un punto di forza di questo hotel è la posizione: in pieno centro, è situato nell’Old quarter della città, vicino al lago e a Train Street.
La colazione è davvero super: innanzitutto, offre cibo sano, come verdure, frutta e pesce. C’è davvero di tutto, dolce e salato, dalle cose più comuni a quelle invece peculiari.
Grazie tante a Sofia, che è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile.

I would like to commend Ruby and Lily, and another nice lady with 2 braided pigtails especially, for the warm welcome and arranging everything very meticulously during our stay and accommodated to many of my requests, including baggage storage and transport! Would stay again if I am ever back in Hanoi

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and a special thank you to Link, who organised all of our transfers and activities. She was so friendly, responsive, and made everything completely stress-free with her prompt communication and amazing hospitality. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast had a great variety, and the location was perfect—close to everything while still being quiet and relaxing.

The location is central and great to visit Hanoi. Very quick laundry service and good breakfast provided. The staff is really kind and helpful.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous descendons dans cet hôtel. Le personnel y est toujours adorable. La chambre avec balcon se veut confortable et bien agencée. Le petit déjeuner demeure copieux et varié.

Well situated, personnel very helpful and friendly, especially Ms Link, rooms clean and well equipped. And the breakfast was also very nice. I highly recommend the spa as well, very good massages.

Came back for a second stay after our Sapa trip, and it was just as outstanding as the first — we'll definitely keep coming back.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, and complete facilities. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Every crew member serves from the heart, genuinely caring about their guests' experience. From the moment we arrived until we left for the airport, they helped us with everything.

One thing that really impressed me: I checked out and left my luggage at the lobby while I went to Sapa for two nights. When I returned to Hanoi at 2 AM to check in, they had already prepared my room — and my luggage was waiting inside. I've never experienced that anywhere else.

And the send-off was something I'll never forget. On checkout day, we were heading to the airport with a lot of luggage — 14 pieces in total. When our pickup car arrived, every single staff member in the lobby jumped in to help carry the bags, and they stood by the car door until it closed, waving us goodbye. Literally the entire front office team. It didn't feel like leaving a hotel — it felt like leaving family.

Breakfast was excellent too. Beyond the varied buffet, they also serve local Vietnamese dishes.

Ruby, Linh, and Ivy were especially helpful — they assisted us with our itinerary and even coordinated with our driver to make sure everything ran smoothly.
Special mention to Tom, Quin, and Sophia — their service was outstanding, and of course the entire staff and crew were the best.

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich in der Lobby empfangen und wurden zum Zimmer begleitet. Das Zimmer war super sauber und auch das reichhaltige Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Personal an der Rezeption, insbesondere Link konnte uns gut zur Seite stehen!
