明洞にあるホテルなので買い物をしても荷物を置きに戻れる所！電車も近いしコンビニも近くにある

Muy buena ubicación pero floja la habitación y la limpieza. Creo que no vale el precio que pagué.

Sin lugar a dudas lo mejor del hospedaje es su ubicación, a metros de la estación de metro y en pleno centro de Myeongdong. El aire acondicionado también excelente. Otro punto positivo es la simpleza del check in y check out.

Cons:

En general quedé bastante decepcionado por la calidad y tamaño de la habitación. En las fotos se veía mucho mejor de lo que realmente es. La habitación es super chica, la limpieza es mala, se ven marcas en las paredes y suciedad debajo de la cama y entre el escritorio y el placard. La limpieza es uno de los puntos más flojos, así como el tamaño. La ducha está sobre el lavabo, por lo que cada vez que se usa queda el 100% del baño completamente mojado, lo cual es super incómodo para luego usar el baño. Otro detalles es que me pidieron un depósito de 10.000 won por la llave de la habitación y solo aceptaban efectivo, nada de esto se mencionaba previamente.

Me estafaron, pedí una habitación para dos personas y me dieron un desastre con 3 camas mal pegadas. Estaba sucio y no tenían ni un cepillo de dientes. La limpieza sin más, pasable. Huele a humedad.

最悪なホテルだった。立地重視、バックパックで旅するくらいの勢いならば大丈夫。

唯一良かったのは立地でした。

Cons:

入って部屋のベッド、床、髪の毛だらけ。シーツ変えてあるの？ってほどの長い髪の毛。また、バスローブがあったがそれも髪の毛がたくさん。清潔感はないし、出かけて部屋に戻ったらベッドが水浸し。空調が壊れていた。クレームしても部屋は満室により帰れず…エアコン使えず部屋は締切り、カビ臭い部屋で、過ごすことに。

The room is very small, has an unpleasant smell, and is not comfortable at all. I strongly do not recommend it. The bathroom is extremely cramped. The bathrobe was very dirty, covered with hair. The air conditioner was noisy. Overall, I was very disappointed—this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Korea.

Disappointing
Pros:

None. I booked for the location but there are hotels nearer the night market and stations with better quality.

Cons:

Mold in the bathroom
Urine smell in the room
No bidet
Shower and sink use a diverter gate/pin. It automatically switches back to sink when the valve is turned off. This is annoying when trying to use the shower.
I went during spring when there is no air conditioning. I can only control the room's temperature by opening the windor. Unfortunately, the room barely fits the bed and the window is not accessible by walking to it. I have to go up and across the bed to close and open the window to adjust the temperature. Keeping the window open at night is not advisable because of the noise from outside.

I had to check out on the same day I checked in even if I can't refund the 4 days I booked. Staying one night is worse than not getting my money back.
I did try to ask for a refund or to cancel the remaining days I booked but was told the condition of the hotel is not a valid reason to cancel my booking nor get a refund.
