Ariel es un gran anfitrión, siempre atento y dispuesto a colaborar, da recomendaciones muy buenas de lugares a donde ir
Pros:

No sé si me gustó más la comodidad de la cama, lo lindo que es el baño o lo amable que es el anfitrión. Hermoso todo!

Spacious apartment - great host and location!
Pros:

Great location and very cheap! Spacious room! Roof top and kitchen facilities. Very comfy bed! There is a shared table in the kitchen for eating or working. Lovely accommodating host! So kind!

Cons:

Very cheap price so remember it is basic accommodation. The shared bathroom could have a couple of touch ups - no biggy. The kitchen needs a couple of extra pans, knives and other utensils. It has just enough to get by with. Couple of paint touch ups needed if poss. Overall nothing major 😃

Una pausa para recargar energias!
Pros:

Excelente atencion de Ariel, atento a todo y muy calido! Una terraza llena de plantas para disfrutar unos mates, muy buena ubicacion, y amplias habitaciones, luminosas!! Destaco la tranquilidad del lugar. Volveria sin dudas!

El Mejor Lugar De Mendoza!

Con respecto al lugar:

🧘Te hace sentir en casa!
Es un departamento muy hermoso, amplio y luminoso... Cuenta con cocina: en la cual te permiten cocinar y utilizar todos los utensilios... Tiene un baño enorme.. más allá de ser compartido, tenes toda la privacidad, es súper cómodo.
En la terraza se disfruta mucho la vista a las montañas y un hermoso jardín que te renueva..
Tiene parrilla: en la que está permitido hacer asados y disfrutar de un buen vino.

Con respecto a la ubicación:

La mejor ubicación de la ciudad de Mendoza. Está en pleno centro!!! Tenés todo cerca: una panadería al lado, locales comerciales, carnicerías, a dos cuadras del mercado central, plazas cerca, parada de colectivos en cada esquina, parada del metro que te lleva a las bodegas. A una cuadra de la avenida Las Heras: donde tenés todos los paquetes de turismo, regaleria, regionales y todo lo que necesites. Supermercados cerca, centro comercial, kioscos, todo a pasitos.

Con respecto al Anfitrión:

Ariel y Daniel son súper amables, amistosos y muy respetuosos. Supieron resolver nuestras dudas e inquietudes con toda la paciencia del mundo... Se toman su tiempo para explicarte todo!.
Nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones y nos guiaron a lo largo de nuestra estadía.
Recomiendo este lugar, y sin dudas volveremos.💪
Muchas gracias por abrirnos las puertas de su casa y permitirnos disfrutar de una estadía muy placentera.

Acordé al precio
Pros:

La ubicación y el trato del propietario. Pude dejar mi valija luego del check up. El colchón está muy bien, un lugar tranquilo. Ducha bien.

Cons:

No estaba muy limpia la habitación, un poco de polvillo.
