Pros:

It's a dump. Asked for a refund because of the location and condition of the hotel. Refund refused and I was charged $52. Not happy! Won't use Booking.com again.

Last two times I stayed thy up my room price bc they didn’t have what I reserved. My room the fist night was dirty and not cleaned I slept on someone else’s dirty covers. And I had 303 the gurl was talkin otp screaming instead of doing her job

Run away you will not get a good nights rest!

This hotel is not like the pictures, it’s is really run down now and you will not have a comfortable sleep. Rooms are damps, and bathrooms rusty and dirty.
